The days you can't do anything are protecting you
— Even the time when you can't move has a real meaning —
—
Today, I couldn't do anything.
There are days when I feel that way.
A day when I couldn't do the things I planned to do.
A day when I just didn't feel up to it.
On such days, I sometimes think, "I'm no good."
—
But is it really a bad day?
I don't think so.
—
A day when you can't do anything might be a day that is protecting you.
—
People cannot keep moving forever.
The more you push yourself, the more you will lose your balance somewhere.
That is why I believe your body and mind are telling you, "Let's rest a little."
—
I usually go to a chiropractor once a week to align my body.
Strangely, rather than forcing movement or trying hard to fix things, there are moments when my body naturally starts to move just by being aligned.
—
Perhaps people are the same.
—
On days when you can't do anything, you don't have to force yourself to move.
I believe it is precisely because there is time to recover that you can naturally start moving again.
—
People don't get better right away.
Therefore, having time when you can't move is a very natural thing.
—
Even a day when you couldn't do anything has a proper meaning.
In fact, I believe it is because of that time that you can start moving again, little by little.
—
It is okay if you couldn't do anything today.
That is because it is time you are spending to protect yourself.
—
Welcome home.
You did your best to make it through today, too.
