it is a condition to receive continuous consultation for 4 or more times over a period of 1 month or more.

2. Startup Seminar (Business College, etc.) This is a seminar where you can systematically learn the basic knowledge necessary for starting a business. I think a big merit is being able to meet peers who are also aiming to start a business.

By receiving these support services continuously for one month or more, a "certificate" endorsed by the municipality stating that "this person has properly prepared for starting a business" will be issued.

This certificate is the magic key to receiving the various benefits I mentioned earlier.

Let's organize what specific good things happen when you get this certificate.

1. Registration and license tax at the time of company establishment is "halved"! When establishing a stock company or limited liability company, a registration and license tax of 0.7% of the capital is charged, but this is

reduced to 0.35%.

I also used this system when I established my corporation, and thanks to the registration and license tax being halved, I was able to use that money for operating funds. I still cannot forget the sense of relief I felt at that time. A startup company I supported also used the saved money for website production costs and had a promising start.

  • You can receive support from specific startup support projects if you are "less than 5 years after startup."

  • However, you can only apply for the Sustainability Subsidy "Startup Category" if you are "within 3 years after startup."

  • This discrepancy in years is a very common oversight, so please be careful.

• You won't get the certificate right away!

  • It is safe to assume that it will take 1 to 2 months from the time you start receiving support until the certificate is issued.

  • If you are aiming for the next call for applications for the Sustainability Subsidy, "It's almost the deadline, so hurry!" will not be in time. A sense of speed, such as inquiring at your local municipal office right now, is important.
