• Many cycles had multiple follicles growing (2-3)
• Some cycles had follicles grow up to 24mm
• There were cycles where ovulation had already occurred by the time of the examination
■ Endometrial Changes
• Improving trend: 5mm → 7.5mm → 8.5mm
• Cycles with thicker endometrium were during the period when I was taking arginine supplements

• Follicles were growing, but the biggest issue was that the endometrium was "thin" (5mm).
