[July 15 (Thu) 8:00 PM] We are holding the first 'Safe Creation Study Session: Copyrights Creators Should Know'
Until now, note has been holding weekly study sessions on topics such as how to write articles and how to use note.
This time, we are starting a new online study session series called 'Safe Creation Study Session' to learn the laws, knowledge, and ways of thinking necessary when publishing content on the internet, including on note.
Now that anyone can create and publish on the internet, we would be happy if we could help remove even a little bit of anxiety regarding knowledge and mindset.
The theme of the first session is 'Copyrights Creators Should Know'.
We will welcome Mr. Kuniaki Yamada, a lawyer and representative of Shiroshi Inc., a back-office partner company specializing in independent creators and artists. A note director who has supported many creators on note will ask him about the basics of copyright and how to think about it during actual creative work.
We will collect questions you have had when creating in advance and use them as a reference for the discussion topics on the day. Please let us know via the application form below.

Speakers
Kuniaki Yamada, CEO & Attorney at Shiroshi Inc.
After graduating from Kyoto University Law School, he worked as an attorney at a law firm for startups. He was involved in legal work related to intellectual property and fundraising contracts. Later, he joined Akatsuki Inc., where he contributed to the company's IPO as the lead person in charge of establishing the administrative department and IPO operations. After returning to his hometown in Okayama Prefecture, he has focused on work that contributes to the region, such as establishing companies, selling businesses to large corporations, and collaborating with Okayama City.
Having been saved by art and creativity himself, he decided to establish 'Shiroshi Inc.' His favorite form of creation is manga.
