Literary Critic
Kaho Miyake

Part-time lecturer at Kyoto City University of Arts. Born in Kochi Prefecture in 1994. Withdrew from the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Human and Environmental Studies, Kyoto University. After working at Recruit, she became independent. She is widely active mainly in the fields of literary criticism and social commentary. Author of numerous books including "Why You Can't Read Books When You're Working" and "The Technique of Verbalizing 'Likes'."
Novelist
Kaeruko Akino

Born in 1979. Debuted in 2009 after winning the 4th Da Vinci Literature Award for "Matatabi Kiyoko no Nekodamashii" (MF Bunko Da Vinci). Author of numerous works including "I Will Not Work Overtime, Period!" (Shinchosha) and "Station Stories" (Kodansha Bunko). In April 2025, "Taigan no Kaji" (Kodansha Bunko) was adapted into a TBS drama, garnering widespread empathy.
