Working happily means having '〇〇〇'
Thank you as always.
This is Etsu (Etsuko Suyama).I share content with the theme of 'Management that allows you to keep working happily.'I am sharing content with the theme of 'Management that allows you to keep working happily.'
Yesterday and today, I have been spending time where I myself'Ah, I'm so glad I do this work'
and find myself groaning from the bottom of my heart.
Currently, I am working on a website renewal for a clinic, and yesterday I wasworking on migrating 'over 100 customer testimonials and case studies' to the new site (lol).(I finally reached the two-year mark—lol)
Actually, in the initial meeting, this migration work was scheduled to be
input by the client (the clinic side). But as I looked through the testimonials sent over, I just couldn't stop my hands.

'Everyone has been trying hard with fertility treatments for nearly 5 or 10 years, and they finally conceived...'
'They shed tears of joy together with the staff...'
'It says here that they are so glad they found this place...'
They were all such truly warm reports that just reading them makes you happy. While reading these,
'I want to share these voices with the world even more!'
'If I, behind the scenes, properly embed code that is strong for SEO and AI search,
the site will definitely become stronger!'
I just couldn't help but want to do it. Before I knew it, after eating dinner, I moved to Starbucks and was immersed in that work the whole time.
(I'm grateful to my family who sent me off saying, 'Go ahead' lol)
I am someone who persistently talks about [working happily], and I truly feel it during times like this... If I were to calmly convert this into my own time,it might be 'not worth the effort.' lol
If you think about efficiency or time performance, it is definitely faster to have the client do it as planned. Some people might wonder about that as a consultant.
But, this way of working is what 'I' like.
Since I am an entrepreneur,I do it because I want to do it freely.
So that the people who should be loved, are loved more correctly,
I will do all the behind-the-scenes mechanisms that I can.
Often, when people say 'work happily,' it is misunderstood as slacking off or
doing nothing by automating everything.
But I think differently.
Working happily, for one thing, is'something you can't help but want to work hard at.'This is a point I won't compromise on! It's a state where you end up doing it even if it means losing sleep, or you end up doing things outside the plan because you want to make it better.
'If it's for this beloved client'
'If it means even one more person uses the product I love'
'Just because I want to keep making this until I am satisfied (craftsman spirit)'
It doesn't matter if the target is for someone else or for yourself.
Having 'a reason you truly want to work hard' at the root.
That is absolutely essential to keep working happily.
That is how I think, but
how about you? ^^
(I hope you can empathize.) Actually, people who empathize with this or support me have asked me to renew their websites or requested consulting. Yes, because I really do a lot lol. Even I would want to hire myself (lol).
Is there anyone who is feeling distressed thinking, 'I have to work hard'?
If you are currently not 'unable to help but want to work hard,' but'I have to work hard...'If you are in that state, I recommend stopping for a moment. Because that is very painful. And in the long run, I think it is hard to continue and hard to get good results.
(This is also true for business design, butpeople gather around those who are enjoying themselves.
I think so too when I look at Mind Plus clients.)

Let's pause for a moment and remember the pure reason you have 'forgotten'.
Often, this alone is enough to solve the problem. However, for some, it still doesn't resolve things. A possible cause for this is that you are trying to copy someone else's success formula exactly as it is, andyou are suffering because you are forcing yourself to do a 'method that doesn't suit you at all'.
In such cases, even if you try to force yourself to take action alone, it is hard to make progress. Please consider adding theEtsu Consultingthat I offer to your options.
I have availability in the third week of June.
※July is fully booked. There is one spot left in August.
(That said, please do compare me with many other consultants. I want you to ask for my help only after you are convinced that 'Etsu-san is the only one for me.' Haha)
First, through dialogue, we will clarify 'what you truly want to do (the reason)' and your own unique theory (methodology), and then 'build your service together'.
Over the past 18+ years, I have worked with countless entrepreneurs. That is precisely why I have a vast number of options for specific customer acquisition processes, such as'this method suits this person' or 'for this business, there is this way of presenting it'.
As we talk and expand those many options, everyone's expression always changes at some point.
'I think I can do that too!'
'Actually, I want to try that!'
Being present for that moment is what I consider my greatest joy and strength as a consultant. The key is whether you can proceed not with a feeling of 'I have to work hard at 〇〇...', but with'I want to work hard at that! I want to do it!'.
'Working hard together' is truly fun.
When you find a method and reason that suit you and move forward in that way, another happy change occurs. It is that 'lonely work' turns into
'a fun time working together'. Every day, I receive various reports from my consulting clients via LINE, Messenger, and so on.
'I received such happy feedback!'
'I'm a little stuck here right now...'
'I really love this part of the work~'
'I finally decided on 〇〇!'
Every time I get a message like that, I feel truly happy. Whenever I hear words like 'Thank you for being happy with me and worrying with me, it's truly reassuring,' I feel from the bottom of my heart that rather than struggling alone, 'working hard together' is truly fun.
Chasing numbers and creating systems are important. (I value this as a consultant.) But, if there is no'reason that makes you unable to help but want to work hard'
at the foundation, a business will never last long.
Do you currently have a'reason you would want to work hard even if it meant losing sleep'for your business? If you are currently suffering from a sense of obligation, don't carry it alone; let's find it together. Why don't we grow a business that makes you want to work hard even more together? ^^
