[Day 14] So busy it's crazy, but the day I hit my all-time highest sales
Yesterday, I wrote about going to study psychology and once again deciding to "make it in 260 days."
Today was just
a crazy busy day.
I was fully booked from the morning, and
before I knew it, it was night.
I couldn't make any progress on the "Hair Medication Notebook."
But,
I hit my all-time highest sales. -----
Non-stop from morning till night
Today was truly busy.
From 10:00 AM
to 9:00 PM,
I was serving customers
almost non-stop.
Color, cuts, gray hair blending,
treatments—
before I knew it,
it was already night.
I barely even got a break.
I'm exhausted. 😂

But, my highest sales ever
When I got home
and checked today's sales,
they were the highest ever!
In my 19 years as a hairdresser,
and 8 years as a sole proprietor,
today was the best.
Honestly, I was surprised.
And,
I was incredibly happy!!

Why was I so busy today?
I thought about it.
Why was I so busy today?
Maybe
it's because I started posting on Threads and note.
I've been posting every day
about making the "Hair Medication Notebook,"
and maybe people who saw that
thought, "This hairdresser seems interesting."
Or,
maybe existing customers
thought, "I want to support them,"
and booked appointments.
I don't know the exact reason, but
I feel like something is changing
by putting myself out there.

Busy, but happy
Honestly, I'm so busy that
I haven't been able to make any progress
on the "Hair Medication Notebook" at all.
I feel a bit anxious, too.
But,
because there are days like today,
I can keep this project going.
Because my main job as a hairdresser is fulfilling,
the passion to create the "Hair Medication Notebook"
also wells up.
I'm busy, but
I'm happy.
That's the kind of day it was.

The meaning of posting
Today, I thought about it again.
Posting things
is a plus
for me, too.
By writing every day
about the process of making the "Hair Medication Notebook,"
I'm organizing my own thoughts,
the number of people supporting me is increasing,
and,
it's having a positive impact
on my work as a hairdresser.
I'm glad I started posting.
I'm glad I started note and Threads.
It was a day that made me think that.

Today,
I couldn't make any progress
on the "Hair Medication Notebook."
But that's okay.
Because my main job is fulfilling,
I can keep this project going.
I've come to think that way.
Without rushing,
but without giving up,
I will move forward one step at a time.
