Thinking about the Articles of Incorporation for Jibun Co., Ltd.
I thought about the 'Recommendation for Jibun Co., Ltd.' (My Own Company) broadcast on Hitoshi Kinoshita's Voicy, a week late.
[What is Jibun Co., Ltd.?]
It means treating yourself as a corporation and managing it.
・Bringing in money from somewhere (fundraising)
・Spending money on something (investment)
・Earning money (revenue)
・Deducting living expenses (costs) and leaving a profit
This is the idea of repeating this process to increase your own value and boost your revenue.
As a company employee, Jibun Co., Ltd. has a contract with the company you belong to and earns revenue (salary), and learning is considered an investment in Jibun Co., Ltd. It's a very wonderful way of thinking, so I agreed with it.
The homework for the first session was about the Articles of Incorporation and the Prospectus of Incorporation.
I've collected my own company's Articles of Incorporation many times, but I had never looked through them once, nor had I thought about their meaning.
The Articles of Incorporation are like the written rules of a company, and the Prospectus of Incorporation is like a document describing the background and purpose for which the company is being established.
I read the ones written by a few other people, so I think I will try writing one myself.
[Prospectus of Incorporation]
The wall I hit in high school after living as the 'good child' my parents wanted me to be. The question: What am I living for? What exactly is 'normal' as defined by society?
By some twist of fate, I became involved in planning and running a three-night camp for high school and college students at a Catholic church, where we spent time with peers who had disabilities.
Since everyone was a Christian, praying daily was normal. There was a sense of normalcy there that didn't even lead to debates about whether God exists or not.
And by interacting with peers with physical and mental disabilities whom I had never interacted with before, I realized that 'normal' depends on where you belong and is essentially non-existent. I realized that because I am easily influenced by those around me, I had been trapped by 'normal' and 'common sense' for a long time.
After that, I became a civil servant, and I encountered people living in completely different dimensions, as well as people who had passed away in various ways, which was quite a shock in my early 20s.
Later, through childbirth and raising children, I was able to feel a happiness I had never known before.
People can rarely choose how they end up at the very end, but you can choose how to live every day. Life is made up of the accumulation of each day, and time flows the same way whether it is painful or fun.
If that is the case, I want to spend my time happily and accumulate days that I am satisfied with myself. I am establishing Jibun Co., Ltd. to create days where I and the people around me can spend time happily and with peace of mind.
[Articles of Incorporation]
・I will continue to learn to enrich my life.
・I will keep peace of mind so that I don't get depressed by comparing myself to others.
・I aim to become a person who can provide value so that I don't have to worry about money.
・I will compress the time spent doing things I dislike so that I can have more free time.
・I will continue to challenge myself with things I want to do.
・I will prioritize investment in my health above all else.
I'm not sure if this is the correct way to do it, but I wrote it down.
No matter how I think about it, the issue for my corporation is how to raise funds (lol). It had a problem right from the start.
