#37 Are you choosing that busyness?
Yesterday,
I listened to the story of a talented young person.
As they began their path toward leadership and
their position rose,
things that used to be finished within work hours
could no longer be completed.
Even when they returned home,
they couldn't help but think about work.
What they truly want
is an ideal work-life balance.
That was their dilemma.
To him, as we study "The 7 Habits" together,
I made this suggestion.
Actually,
Habits 1 and 2
also seem to be the best habits for "time management."
From that perspective,
why don't we read through it together once more?
There isn't enough time.
There is no breathing room.
There is no balance.
Is that really
a matter of time?
Or is it
the result of choices
you have been making without realizing it?
