[Keyboard Rabbit Hole] Daiso's "that thing" was perfect for tenting. \Bonus included/

Hello, I'm Emu.
Thank you for reading this article!

Emu: "Everyone, are you tenting?"

Keyboard enthusiast: "What's tenting?"
☑ What is tenting
Tenting is a term mainly related to keyboards and typing. It refers to an arrangement or design where the keyboard is angled so that the center part is higher. It is often used to set up an ergonomic typing environment, aiming to reduce the strain on wrists and arms and maintain a comfortable typing posture.

Emu: "There are many general-purpose products, but you won't know if they fit your current keyboard until you actually try them... I thought that was too risky, so I went around to various Daiso stores. And then, finally..." This time, I will introduce a door stopper (?) for tenting that I found at Daiso.
Introduction
Welcome to the keyboard rabbit hole.
Yes, I have finally dipped my toes into custom keyboards. The destination that keyboard lovers eventually reach. A bottomless rabbit hole filled with madness and chaos. I said it like that, but for me, it's a utopia. I don't need anything else anymore. Just being there makes me feel happy.
This is a note where I will write down how I customize my custom keyboard and how I fall deeper into the rabbit hole. (Along with my inner voice) I would be happy if you could watch over me until the end...
Daiso Door Stopper DOS-1

Emu: "This is it! I was overjoyed with this."
☑ Specs
Product size: 3cm x 3cm x 12cm
Contents: 1 piece
Material: TPE resin, magnet
Angle: Probably around 20°
I use four of these and stick them to the back of the keyboard body. Double-sided tape also sold at Daiso is fine. The model number is also cool, DOS-1.
I actually tried tenting

Emu: "Hehehe... this is the best~🤤"
First of all, the appearance has been significantly updated. I think the angle is around 20°. The height is 3cm, which is just right. Also, it's easier to type with a wrist rest. I love using Side3. The size is 81mm wide x 81mm long x 2mm high. I recommend it because it can be used with keyboards other than split ones, and it's both functional and looks great on a desk.
Operability has improved dramatically!!

Emu: "It's become incredibly comfortable!"
Twisting your wrists inward seems to be ergonomically stressful. Certainly, the EM05 NL, designed with a 62° tilt angle, is comfortable to operate. However, personally, I feel that 20° or so is the limit for a keyboard.
There is no wobbling or slipping. It's about 1cm short in length, but it doesn't affect typing. I also feel like there's a slight change in the typing feel. (Vibration is reduced, and the bottoming-out feel has improved)
Gadgets that were candidates
What I considered were universal tilt legs for laptops and the like. I would need four of them, so it would cost nearly 3,000 yen. The design and materials are solid, so I actually wanted to try using off-the-shelf products, but this time I went with Daiso.

Emu: "It feels right in the end, so it's OK."
Finally
It's worth trying various things.
To all you custom keyboardists, please, I beg you not to buy them all up... (Though I think it'll be fine)
☑Bonus
>>A few days later.

DAISO: "Huh? Recently, the Door Stopper DOS-1 has been selling like crazy, and there's no stock in stores or the online shop!? What's going on..."
Clack clack... (Sound of typing on a keyboard)
DAISO: "Perfect for tenting split keyboards!? What on earth is going on! The way it's being used is bizarre! Who is it? EmuLog..."

Emu: "Oh..."

Will the DOS-1 be heavily modified for tenting? (Just kidding)
