December 2024 AI Course Agenda Released

Hello.
I would like to introduce the program for our December AI-powered workshop.
The content is designed to help you learn how to use AI tools through hands-on practice
and explore ways to apply them in small and medium-sized enterprises.
The structure is designed to be enjoyable for both beginners and intermediate users,
so please take a look.

1. Icebreaker

First, we will have an icebreaker to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Icebreaker Content

• Share "today's lunch" in the comments section

  • Participants will share their lunches with each other.

• Ask a few questions

  • Which of these is the healthiest lunch?

  • Try complimenting everyone's lunch!

  • Try thinking of ideas to make the lunch even better!

We will shorten the distance between participants while chatting in a fun and casual way.

2. Creating a project schedule using ChatGPT and how to check HTML

Next, we will learn how to create a simple project schedule using ChatGPT and how to check it in HTML format.

Practical Content

• Create a fictional project schedule

  • We will ask ChatGPT to create a project schedule.

• Generate a Gantt chart in SVG format

  • Ask ChatGPT to "make a Gantt chart in SVG."

• Easily check HTML in your browser

  • Display using the "HTML Preview" tool.

This allows you to easily experience project visualization.

3. Introduction to Claude and Task Schedule Creation Workshop

We will introduce how to utilize the AI tool "Claude" and conduct a workshop to actually create a task schedule.

Flow

• Solicit recent busy work in the comments section

  • We will draw out everyone's needs

• Have Claude schedule tasks

  • Example: Request "Create a schedule to efficiently complete tasks from 9:00 to 17:00."

• Creation of a flow chart

  • Have Claude generate a flow chart to visually grasp the tasks.

4. Experience prompt improvement with Anthropic Console

We will introduce "Anthropic Console," a tool from Anthropic, the developer of Claude. This will be a demo only, but you will learn the steps for prompt improvement.

Content

• Introduction to Anthropic Console features

  • Tools for using Claude more effectively.

• Examples of prompt improvement

  • Introducing improvement methods while showing concrete prompt examples.

*Since usage requires payment, we will only provide a demo.

5. Workshop on creating a website with simple instructions

Using "Wegic," we will create a website as if by magic.

Practical content

• Site creation using Wegic

  • Working in real-time with participants.

  • Once finished, publish it using the "Unpublish" button.

• Share the URL in the comments section

  • We will enjoy viewing each other's work and exchanging opinions.

6. Promoting AI utilization in small and medium-sized enterprises (20 minutes)

Finally, we will share information to support AI adoption in small and medium-sized enterprises.

Content

• Introduction to the AI Implementation Guidebook

  • Utilizing the AI Implementation Guidebook and pamphlets provided by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

  • Concept Planning Pamphlet PDF

• Case Studies and Discussion

  • We will share actual AI use cases and discuss how to apply them.
