Bali Part 6
The day after relaxing and recovering my energy☀️
Heading towards Sanur!
📍UTAMA SPICE
Gopa Town Center, Jl. Danau Poso No.57, Sanur, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80228

I heard they have 100% natural skincare and
bug spray from Ubud, so I stopped by!
I bought lip balm and the famous Begone Bug Spray as souvenirs!
Organic bug spray is quite expensive in Japan, so this was a great deal✨
And my next stop was
📍Eyerizz Eyewear Sanur

It's an eyewear shop! I stopped by to buy sunglasses, but
they also had an eye exam machine in the back of the store,
and it seems they offer free eye exams when you buy glasses!
And above all, it was super cheap!!!!!
When I went to the register with three pairs of sunglasses,
they said, 'Since it's our opening celebration, we'll give you 40% off~'
They were already cheap to begin with! They were about 2,000 yen each, so I don't think the total was even 4,000 yen lol
And then❤️
To Tandjung Sari🌿
It's a long-established hotel with over 60 years of history in Bali,
surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful beach and few people.
And most of all, the hospitality is wonderful!
I definitely want to stay here next time! Coming to Bali,
I've found so many places where I want to spend time slowly.
We weren't staying there this time, but were invited by friends for lunch🍽️
Walking down this path from the lobby

and passing the lush green pool🌳

we reached the beach, and there were seats there✨
I can't just sit still at the beach, and
I don't really like it, so even though I was invited,
I came thinking I'd just have lunch and move on lol
I'm sorry....
We ended up spending four hours having lunch and coffee,
and I didn't want to leave🤣
It's the first time I've felt this way at the beach lol
Of course, they had a great kids' menu too,
but when I left it up to them, an incredibly large
Indonesian-style afternoon tea
plate was brought out!

I got to try a little bit of everything, and it was all so delicious🧡
We could have stayed until sunset or even into the night,
but there were other places I wanted to go, so we left before sunset to head to the next spot🚗
📍GROWELL GROCER
Simply put, it's the Erewhon of Bali!
It's a high-end organic supermarket lol
But of course, it's at Bali prices💰

They were selling a smoothie that costs $20 in America,
and it was the exact same smoothie I'd heard about, looking identical except for the cup.
It was 80,000 Rp, so I guess it's on the expensive side for Bali prices.
The taste was delicious, of course, and there were many varieties✨
As we were driving from there,
we found the traveling carnival we had seen on the way back from dinner on the second day🎡
I didn't know the area, didn't know what to search for to find its name,
and couldn't find it by searching for 'traveling carnival' either....
But it was right in front of us!!!!! I told the driver, 'I want to go here, please stop! Wait for us~'
My son and I were both so excited🎉

It felt like a local festival, full of handmade charm,
and although I've been to several traveling carnivals overseas before,
this was the number one most dangerous-feeling ride🤣
I negotiated with my son that he could play as many games as he wanted, but please, spare me the rides lol
The games were 10,000 Rp, so cheap, so I let him play as much as he wanted.
My son looked so happy holding all the candy and stationery prizes! I'm so glad we found it❤️
To be continued
