We are looking for system engineers and programmers to engage in software development for our clients' mission-critical systems. We provide an environment where you can thrive as a development engineer.
*This position is for regular employment at Aine Inc.
*Work locations are primarily in Tokyo or Kanagawa, but many of our members work remotely.

Hiring Process
1) Inquiry
Please contact us using any of the methods listed in "How to Contact Us." You do not need to provide a resume or skill sheet at this stage, so please feel free to reach out. We will arrange a date for a casual interview.
2) Casual Interview
We will explain Aine's operations using Zoom's video and screen sharing features. The interview will be conducted by our engineering team members. This is not a formal interview, so we will not ask questions about your skills. It is a place for us to talk casually. Small talk is also welcome.
Please note that due to our engineering work schedule, interview times are generally requested to be between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on weekdays. If this is difficult to schedule, other times are possible, so please feel free to consult with us.

3) Interview
If you decide to apply to Aine after the casual interview, we will arrange a date for a formal interview. The interview will be conducted by our president, Mr. Kubota. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please come to the Aine office. The location of the Aine office is here.
