At Aine, we conduct casual interviews as part of our recruitment process.
A casual interview is, quite literally, a "meeting where you can talk freely."
The main purpose is to deepen mutual understanding while resolving any anxieties or questions you may have about the company or the work.

At Aine, our engineers handle the casual interviews.
Because you can talk directly with an engineer, you can get critical answers to your technical concerns and questions, and I believe it will also help clarify your vision after joining the company.
You'll also get a sense of what kind of engineers work here.

It is not a formal interview, so resumes, skill sheets, etc., are not required. We will not ask questions about your skills.

Features of the casual interview

◎ You can choose your interviewer
Aine has various engineers on staff.
If there is an engineer you would like to talk to, we will make arrangements.
We have a variety of people, including battle-hardened veteran engineers, energetic female engineers, and those who have changed careers from different industries. You can also have an interview with our president, who has been active as an engineer.

◎ You can have as many casual interviews as you like
Aine's casual interviews are not limited to just one time.
If there was something you couldn't ask, if you want to talk more, or if you want to talk to other engineers, let's have another interview. Since it is not a formal interview, we will accommodate as many interviews as you wish.

Implementation Guidelines

◎ Dates and times
Since we conduct these after our engineers' work hours, we plan to hold them for about 30 to 60 minutes in the 18:00 to 20:00 time slot. If it is difficult to adjust the time, other time slots are possible. Also, in principle, we only hold them on weekdays, but if weekdays are difficult, we can also arrange for Saturdays. Please feel free to consult with us.

◎ Format
We will conduct it online using Zoom's video function while seeing each other's faces. If you don't want to show your face, just audio is fine.
We will send you the Zoom meeting URL in advance, so you can join immediately by clicking the URL on the day of the interview. No account creation is required.

◎ Preparation
There is nothing in particular you need to prepare.
Since it is not a formal interview, a resume is not required. Casual attire is fine.

◎ Interview Flow

1. Simple self-introduction
   First, we will have a simple self-introduction for both parties.

2. Company explanation
   We will explain what kind of company Aine is and what kind of work we do.

3. Q&A, chatting, etc.
   We will answer any questions you have about the explanation or any questions you have prepared in advance.
   Please feel free to ask questions or consult with us, even about small things.

4. Regarding positions after joining
   If we have checked your resume in advance, we can suggest a specific position after you join.
