Be careful with subsidy FAX DMs

I received a suspicious FAX DM about subsidies today.

It's a bold DM, especially considering my office is a Labor and Social Security Attorney's office lol

"Assist Ehime, Regional Promotion Department"

They sent it using a mysterious department name. The FAX DM was sent to a business somewhere in Hiroshima Prefecture. Furthermore, they didn't even disclose the sender's address and are trying to get the recipient to input company information.

✅ Only Labor and Social Security Attorneys can act as agents for subsidy applications

Only Labor and Social Security Attorneys, who hold a national qualification, are permitted to act as agents for subsidy applications. If a company other than a Labor and Social Security Attorney's office handles a subsidy application, they are subject to penalties under the Labor and Social Security Attorney Act.

✅ Getting subsidies is not easy

Subsidies are treated as miscellaneous income when they enter a company.In other words, because it becomes profit,for a company with a 10% profit margin, receiving a 500,000 yen subsidy has the same impact as 5 million yen in sales.

Since subsidies become profit and are attractive,you might be deceived by the sweet words in a FAX DM.The content of the DM is written in a way that makes it seem like any company could receive it.

That is to increase inquiries.

There are strict requirements to receive subsidies, such as having sound labor management and no unpaid overtime. You must not take the content of the DM at face value.

Since you are receiving public funds, it is not something you can get easily.

You must not take subsidies lightly.

The point is, do not trust a FAX DM when they don't even know your company's conditions.
