I am not a professional. I am an amateur who started writing three years ago

The thrill of receiving 'Likes' and comments on my work from readers (gods) is beyond words. It becomes the driving force for my next creation.

Recent progress in AI technology is remarkable, and for those aiming to be creators, it enables various forms of expression. Anyone can now generate images and videos. I have truly obtained wings of freedom

However, there was something I couldn't quite do. That was taking on the challenge of video.

With my junk PC at home, which has 8GB of memory and a 7th generation CPU, if I launch note and Canva at the same time, it makes a rumbling sound and freezes. There are many apps it can't handle. On X, the text is too small, which is tough, and I get sleepy immediately.

It's paid anyway, it takes time to learn the steps, and if I can't produce quality without paying, what's the point?

Maybe I'll wait until I buy a new PC with my bonus... I kept putting it off while leaving a lingering feeling in my heart.

💡The reason I decided to participate

I received a comment from my soul friend, "Naoyuki-san."

Then I looked at Naoyuki-san's project and was shocked. W-w-wow, he's become even bigger again!

He won double awards at the official Pollo AI contest. As expected of a genius! An ordinary person can only watch in awe as he pulls off such great feats so nonchalantly, but

Next, Naoyuki-san is doing something that a mere genius cannot do.

After winning the official Pollo AI contest, instead of keeping the prize money for himself, he is focusing on the 'Like' of gratitude and trying to use the prize money for a project for other creators!

I cannot even imagine such a noble way of thinking.

Aren't you failing to express your gratitude to your readers (your gods)? Are you satisfied with yourself? Is that really okay? Isn't it just your own negligence?

🖋Thoughts on creating the video

So, I cleared my schedule over the weekend and gave it a try! The steps were explained in detail, even for a Showa-era old guy like me! This is easy!

As I followed the steps, "Pollo AI" was able to interpret even my rather loose prompts and created a high-quality video.

<And then, the difficult task of converting it to a GIF video>

...Actually, I had already gotten this far using a different app previously. When I realized that to embed a video in a note, I needed to register it as a YouTube video and follow the embedding procedure, I just gave up.

However, it was easy if I used the GIF video conversion app from Kyosuke (Minna no Web-ya-san) that was linked in Naoyuki-san's article. It was simply my lack of study.

If only I had known sooner...

• Even a Showa-era old guy who confused his calculator with the TV remote was fine

• As long as you have the original image ready, you can create a 'Like' video in 20 to 30 minutes

• If it's just a 'Like' video, it's perfectly possible within the free credit range

• First, it's important to just touch it and get used to it

After trial and error, I created several versions, but I will use this one piece that I am satisfied with as my permanent 'Like' video for big hits!

At the same time, I am entering it into Naoyuki-san's #noteLikeVideoContest!

I worried that it wouldn't make sense at first glance, but when I thought about it, that's usually the case anyway, so I went with this (lol)

Also, I thought it would be good to have characters other than the icon in the thank-you video that make people think, 'What is this?' or 'What does this mean?'. It's a mechanism to get people interested and lead to the next step.
