Prioritize Rescuing Victims

It is said that there are many issues in Japanese education.
Academic ability of children, work-style reform, digitalization...
However, the problems that children and parents are actually suffering from are
rarely discussed.
That is "bullying" and the power structure of schools and boards of education surrounding it.

That is why I want to ask politicians.
Please, the excessive power held by schools and boards of education—
please seriously intervene.
And regarding the issue of bullying,
instead of "protecting the school,"
please prioritize rescuing the victims.

Under the current system, if the school does not acknowledge the facts,
the victimization is treated as if it never happened.
The board of education also ends it by saying, "We leave it to the school."
As a result, only the victims who speak up are exhausted,
and cases where they are forced to suffer in silence are endless.

This is not an individual problem.
It is an organizational problem.

If
・A system where third parties can intervene in schools
・A system where victims can receive consultation and relief with peace of mind
・Clear rules that do not allow for cover-ups
If a politician who seriously tackles these reforms appears,
I believe they will definitely gather support.
Because victims are by no means a minority.
There are many people who cannot speak up and are remaining silent.

And this should by no means be a "reform that makes teachers suffer."
Because the front lines, which are forced to bear opaque responsibilities, are also victims of the current system.
If the system changes, it should become a healthier educational environment
for both children and teachers.
We are waiting for politicians who will work on this in earnest.
