[Introduction #3] 9 Selected Articles by Ryoyan

I am Edase, the founder of the
jointly operated magazine "Minna no Uta" (Everyone's Song).

I started the
jointly operated magazine on April 30, 2024.
There are currently 34 members (+4 members).
The number of articles included is 434 (+181 articles).

I aim for this to be a tool
to make note fun and sustainable!

This time, it is an
individual introduction article for a magazine member.
(It is irregular.)

Although it is through my own
subjective filter as Edase,
I would be happy if this opportunity
leads to reading wonderful member articles.

What is the jointly operated magazine "Minna no Uta"?

The concept is

□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□
Writing is
fun, happy, and feels good!

□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□

.

I have always advocated that note articles
are "(the author's) songs."

It is now the pleasant season of fresh green leaves.
When walking through town,

there are moments when you unintentionally
want to hum, "fufufun."

Of course,
(let alone children),
if an adult suddenly
hums "fufufun" in the city,
they would look like a suspicious person.

People express "fufufun"
in various ways, but

noters convert "fufufun"
into text and share it
in the form of articles.

I love both reading and writing
such things.

I am always accepting participants
who agree with the above purpose.

Feel free to join, even loosely is totally fine.
If you sing when you want to sing,
we are all "fufufun" together.

If you would like to participate,
please write "I would like to participate"
in the comment section,
and I will send you an invitation email.
Please consider it.

Member Introduction: "Ryoyan"

This is the third installment
of our magazine member introduction series.

I'm nervous.

I have been introducing members
in the order they joined,

and I am truly moved
that such a magnificent group of people
has decided to join.

I often find myself
disappointed in myself,
thinking I'm just a useless octopus,
but

it's a strange thing,
but I want to praise my friends without reservation.

This person is someone I really support.

Whether in real life or on social media,
when I introduce someone like that,
I feel so proud
that my nostrils flare up.

That said,

that said, introducing
Ryoyanmakes me a bit nervous...

Every noter who reads this
likely has their own "image of Ryoyan"
and their own memories with him,

so I want to avoid writing an introduction
that is off the mark
and damages your image of him.

But if I keep making excuses,
I'll never move forward!

So, for now,
please let me write about
the image of Ryoyan that I hold.

I'll rely on the kindness
of such a broad-minded person!

I want to continue mastering the field of education
and eventually become an expert
who can support everyone,
from preschoolers to adults.

From Ryoyan's article

Ryoyan is a former elementary school teacher.
In the process of teaching and interacting with students,

he realized his own traits,
and he feels a mission

to raise awareness about neurodiversity.

If ADHD is like being a hunter,
can't you imagine the feelings of an ADHD child
who has to endure the boring environment
of sitting in class all day?Because they don't fit into modern society,
they are denied by those around them,

and end up unable to demonstrate their true potential.

From Ryoyan's article

Understanding characteristics and how to engage with them
When in trouble,

I come to
take a peek at Ryoyan's articles.

They are easy to understand,
the perspective is positive,

and they are all things that make me
nod and say, 'I see, that's right.'

Working with sparks flying

Sometimes (quite often),
I daydream.

What would it be like if Ryoyan were a colleague at school??

Ryoyan calls himself 27 (lol), so
in terms of age, I'm older.
(Please look up his real age)

In that case,
I'd be the grade head and
Ryoyan would be a homeroom teacher.

Let's assume our desks in the staff room are next to each other.

Well then,
what kind of conversation would we be having...?

Thinking that,

when I look next to me,

with sparks flying,
Ryoyan is
typing away at his keyboard.
(I can hear a rumbling sound)

Zero room to talk to him.

Ryoyan,
in super-focus mode,
is immersed in making slides for his class.

Since he has established
his own teaching style,

once he gathers ideas and
solidifies his own direction for the class,
all that's left is to bring it to life.

Perhaps his
brain sparks
are outpacing the speed of his typing,
and he is preparing for class
with incredible intensity.

Sitting next to him,
I just watch Ryoyan
with my hands behind my head.

Just when I thought that,
Ryoyan suddenly grins
and starts laughing!

He is likely
laughing at the material
he prepared (to delight his students)
all by himself.

The area around him
has already been completely expanded into his domain.

He has the eyes of a hunter.
This guy is dangerous.

If I were to carelessly talk to him,
I feel like I might get sniped...

It is not limited to class preparation.

Whether it is preparing for homeroom,
preparing for school events,
or even just a parent-teacher meeting,

Ryoyan
constructs things with his own unique aesthetic and philosophy.

When you get down to it, teaching is
a skilled hunter, craftsman profession.

That is the image
Ryoyan has for me.

So,
does that mean we have zero conversation?

If I ask him,
“How is Taro from Class 1 doing?”
or “What kind of class are you going to teach next?”

he would happily explain it to me.

Of course,
when he is with students,
he is not in “craftsman mode”
but in “teacher mode.”

Ryoyan
clearly controls his ON and OFF states,
clearly distinguishing between
“time to enjoy communication”
and “time for my own work.”

We don't go out for drinks together very often, but
if we did,
I feel like he would have some special stories or a one-man act ready.

I get the feeling he is also very attentive to that kind of service spirit.

If we were colleagues,
it would be incredibly fun.

Classes, events, and graduation ceremonies are all meticulously crafted,
making for days filled with laughter, tears, and inspiration.

I'm so jealous (looking into the distance).

Samurai Ryoyan

However,
don't let your guard down.

If you take Ryoyan's work for granted,
get lazy,
and start slacking off,

“Do you have a moment, senior...?”

With a gentle demeanor,
but speaking with firm resolve,

“I think this is wrong!”

He clearly states his opinion.

Since Ryoyan must have been a samurai in a past life (I'm convinced of it),

he works for the sake of a “greater cause.”
.

To those who are bundles of ego,
“What is wrong is wrong,”he will surely
offer his opinion.

Clashes of opinion within an organization
to make things better.

If there is even one person who doesn't shy away from such things
and can carry them out,
the organization maintains a healthy tension
and grows stronger.

Ryoyan is likely
the “core” of such an organization,
a source of centripetal force for its members.

Kyoiku LIBRARY × Jointly Operated Magazine

It's just social media, right?
Why are you taking it so seriously??

I'm sure there are those who think that,
but for me, note is
one of my most precious places
for “self-recovery” and “self-actualization.”

Among all that,
what I was really lucky about
was being allowed to become a member of “Kyoiku LIBRARY”
shortly after I started using note.

You can tell a person's character
by the people they associate with.

The members of Kyoiku Library are
warm, sometimes strict,
humorous and charming,
and above all, they are all "good people." they are all gathered here.

A paradise of diversity.
A melting pot of individuality.

That is,
Ryoyan himself.

Without exception,
my note life also
expanded
by starting with Ryoyan.

Ryoyan's comments on each and every member
are exquisite, and

I'm sure
everyone here has their own
treasured Ryoyan comment.

Self-discipline and training

Although only through note,
watching Ryoyan's work over the past nine months,
I feel

a sense of awe
that goes beyond respect.

I read Ryoyan's first Kindle book
with great care.

Changing yourself is painful.
There is surely fear involved.

However,
beyond being able to change yourself,
a future awaits where you can
positively influence yourself, your children, your family,
and everyone you are involved with.

The suffocating feeling in your chest will disappear, and you should be able to like yourself more.

From Ryoyan's Kindle book. Bold text by Edase.

What I felt after reading this book is,

this is surely

a mountain that Ryoyan
has overcome

that is what it is.

He doesn't say much, but

in Ryoyan's case,
his charm is packed
in the parts he doesn't talk about,

I'm sure
all the readers agree with me, right?

That's cool, Ryoyan!

Thank you
so much for reading until the end.
