I visited a high school because classes incorporating generative AI are thriving there.
For example, an English class.
Each high school student
reads English text aloud
in front of their own individual device.
When they finish reading,
a score is displayed.
One child gets 50 points.
Another child gets 85 points.
They can practice many times within the time limit.
In that class,
the practice time was set to 8 minutes.
For 8 minutes, the students
were immersed in individual reading practice.
Parts where the pronunciation was unclear
are displayed in red,so
from the second time on,
they just need to practice while being conscious of that red text.
A child who started with 50 points
gets 51 points the second time,
and 52 points the third time.
It grows one point at a time.
I felt like patting it on the back and saying,
"You're definitely growing one point at a time!"
When I said that, it gave me a grin.
Without ICT or generative AI,
students would have been reading aloud in pairs with their neighbors until now.
In that case,
a student good at reading aloud would be paired with one who struggles,
creating a somewhat awkward atmosphere.
Teachers also had to be mindful of that,
but when they can practice with AI,
they can immerse themselves in personalized learning,
so there is no need to compare themselves unnecessarily with others.
I witnessed how students' ways of learning
are changing
due to the evolution of ICT.
How do we use AI?
How much of our potential can we draw out by utilizing AI?
These are the playgrounds for everyone in the modern age.

and I thought that analogy
made a lot of sense.
The Grand Elder of Namek, who appears in the manga "Dragon Ball",
can draw out a person's latent ability (potential)
to the maximum.
It doesn't mean it raises a person's ability
to infinity (∞).
It is characterized by
maximizing the potential
that a person originally possesses,
and one creator said that
generative AI is exactly
that kind of existence.
I found that interesting
and it resonated with me.
Creating note articles with generative AI
If I were to ask what my change
has been over this past month,
it is that I have started using generative AI to write articles
(A bit late, I know!).
Until then,
I had considered it
a taboo within myself,
but writing articles through dialogue
with generative AI is also fun.
No, it is actually very fun (˶˙๏˙˶)♡
The response to prompts is fast, and
there are definitely perspectives and angles
that I could not obtain on my own.
For example,
these articles
were written through interactions with generative AI.
Even if I use generative AI,
there must be articles
that only I can write!
Thinking that way,
I am using trial and error.
Even though the output of the text itself
is instantaneous,
to finish it into a piece of writing that exudes personality,
I sometimes end up continuing the interaction with the AI
for nearly 20 minutes,
so I have come to understand well
that using AI does not mean your thinking stops.
I understand that well.
Of course,
no matter how much I am enjoying it myself,
if the reader
does not think,
I see! That's right!
then it is meaningless,
After all,
prioritizing breathing "life" and "emotion" into
my writing.
From here on out,
I will continue to explore
how to engage with generative AI.
I want to keep writing pieces that
make the reader's body tremble
when they read them.
