The Sound of Fight Club

The sound of Fight Club is just incredibly cool. The distorted sounds, like scraping uneven metal together, and the humorous sounds, like those coming from springs or superballs, perfectly represent both the rigid, determined side of Tyler and his playful, mischievous personality. In Fight Club, Tyler plays a very important role, and it is no exaggeration to say that Fight Club equals Tyler Durden. In a script like this, adopting sounds throughout the entire film that evoke Tyler is meant to keep the audience, or the narrator, constantly aware of 'Tyler's teachings.' Also, it's just super cool.

I always listen to this when reading serious novels like mysteries or science fiction. I want to read the original book someday... Fight Club is the best!
