🏠Starting Home Workouts! Do the hustle💃✨〜New Habits from September Onward〜
My ChocoZap frequency will decrease starting in September...
But I still want to keep up with my strength training!🔥
What I chose instead is—
a new option called "home training."
I finally bought a bench and started training in earnest at home!
I put on some music, grabbed my dumbbells, and started with "that dance"💃🎶
(※The video is embedded in the article📹)
🛋️I bought a bench! Review coming later?
First, the basic premise.
To become someone who "doesn't slack off" even on days I can't go to the gym, 90% of it is about creating the right environment.
So, I introduced a home workout bench💪
I plan to write a detailed review if there's interest, but for now, I'm loving it✨
The best part is...
I can sit on it to rest and also use it for training!
It can also hold my stuff and serve as a desk! lol
It's basically a multi-functional chair🪑
Even if I have unexpected guests, it can serve as a proper "chair"😎
🎶Music start! Do the hustle💃💥
The first thing I did was a light warm-up.
I held 2kg dumbbells in both hands and danced to the song "Do the hustle!"
2kg might not sound like much, but it adds up.
By the time I finished dancing, I wasstarting to sweat...💦
This is surprisingly addictive.
Isn't the combination of music and strength training the best?🎧✨
🏋️Shoulder Press: An unexpected formidable foe at home!
The main menu isshoulder press🔥
This time, I challenged myself with 10.4kg in one hand, 20.8kg total!
Honestly, since the trajectory isn't fixed like the machines at ChocoZap...
it's super hard to keep my balance!😵
But because of that—
I feel it working not just my shoulders, but various other parts too!
I knew that in theory, butit's completely different when you actually do it.
Strength training is interesting because of these "experience-based realizations"✨
I might actually like home better than the gym.
I think I'll stick with this style for a while🤔💪
🛝50 reps on the ab bench, nice and easy!
I also did a light set on the ab bench while I was at it.
The angle isn't as steep as at Chocozap, but Idid 50 reps💥
This is great because the mental hurdle to 'just do it' is low👍
Being able to do it quickly in my spare time is the strength of home training!
🔍Pros & Cons of Home Workouts
✅Pros
Zero commute time!
Train the moment you feel like it🏃Temperature, humidity, and music are all up to you🎵
You can train in a space tailored to your preferencesNo need to worry about others watching🕶️
Making funny faces or grunting out loud is totally fine! LolOnce you put it away, it can double as a chair or a place to put your stuff🪑
❌Cons
Initial costs can be high💸
Fewer opportunities to walk🚶
Need space to store the equipment🏠
If your motivation drops, you'll stop doing it😵
But in my case,
“The bench can be a chair or a desk”
“Working out to sexy gal workout videos” ← lol
With these, most of the downsides just vanish😎
🐢Respect to Master Roshi (Kame-Sen'nin)
I suddenly rememberedMaster Roshi (Kame-Sen'nin)from Dragon Ball.
I used to think he was just a perverted old man,
but now... I kind of understand how he feels.
“Have fun,” “keep it up,” and “get stronger”
=Isn't this the ultimate teaching?
Pump yourself up with your favorite music,
have a little sexy daydream (lol),
and dive into your workout.
This is the Reiwa version of the Turtle Hermit School🐢✨
🎯Summary
・To switch to home training,introduce a bench
・Start withlight dancing + shoulder presses + 50 ab bench crunches
・Favorite music and daydreamsto maintain motivation ← Important
・Disadvantages can be covered with a little creativity!
Not “I have to do it,” but “I do it because I want to.”
I want to cherish this feeling🔥
👊I hope this article serves as a hint for those thinking, “Maybe I should start home training?”✨
💬Likes, comments, and followswould be a great encouragement!
Next time, I might write about my actual workout routine or a detailed review of the bench!?
See you then!🏋️♂️🎵
