20220514 Reincarnation FANTASTIC♢CIRCUS
I went.
I am truly, truly, truly glad to be alive.
It was a night that made me realize once again how grateful I am to be living in this era, to have friends I can share this with even after 17 years, and to have members who are still standing on stage.
I wondered what would happen to me after it was over, but that was just worrying for nothing.
Thank you all so much.
Now, as for the day of the event, I was in the center of Block A.
It was a seat where I could see everyone's faces clearly, and even when I saw the guitars being prepared before it started, I couldn't quite grasp that it would begin in just a few minutes...
However, I have a deep attachment to the Yaon venue, and the dear marvelours tour was supposed to be my first and last time at Yaon.
(I was a student at the time, so I couldn't really travel for concerts!)
To think I would end up going now... I felt restless as I got off at Yurakucho Station and walked behind people wearing the tour T-shirts. (I don't know the area...)
The people around the fountain looked like they were having a great time.
I'm glad the weather was sunny too!
They really do have that special touch.
Really! Everything! My worries were for nothing!!
Shun-san, you looked like you were about to cry the moment you came out and saw the venue.
I thought, "Already?!" and laughed because it was funny, but then I started crying too. It was the same Shun-san I've always known, nothing has changed.
Kazuya-san was also as cool as ever, and his smile was so dazzling that I wondered if his eyes had always sparkled like that.
Ishizuki-san, did you come straight from 17 years ago???? I didn't feel any gap at all.
No, as for the singing, it was even more powerful than back then!
I guessed the first song would be SUPERSOUL, but it was Circus.
It was hard not being able to use my voice. I wanted to make my voice heard, and I wanted to shout your names.
I whispered "Thank you" in a small voice.
The setlist was really great, wasn't it.
Actually, I hadn't listened to the CDs again until that day, but my body remembered everything.
I couldn't hold back during Maybe true and I cried. Even though I'm not in a classroom anymore.
The stage I'm looking at now is the truth.
To think that the sparkling stage I watched back then is right here, it felt like a dream.
This has been a fantasy of mine since I was a teenager, but I often think that the lyrics of FtC are about the members and the fans, and that really encouraged me.
The lyrics of Taion wo Koete really resonated with the present, it was wonderful.
I think this setlist was quite intentional lol
They made me cry a lot during the MC too (though I laughed too lol)
I'm so glad the people around the three of them are these people!
It makes me think about how everything happens for a reason.
Life is interesting, isn't it? I'm really glad I grew up.
Well, I never thought I'd end up singing Love me as an adult! lol
On a personal note, I cracked a lumbar vertebra in an accident this year and have been living in a corset, so I was refraining from jumping, but before I knew it, I was jumping...
I was happy that Ishizuki-san said, "You guys are my blood." Because I felt the same way. Everything is etched into us.
It was really great to meet friends at the venue who I'm still connected with on social media, and friends I used to go to concerts with.
I never thought I'd see them ever again if it weren't for something like this!
I can't thank you enough for giving me such an opportunity, and I was so happy that you still met up with me!
I laughed because everyone hasn't changed at all even though 17 years have passed lol
I recognized everyone immediately from a distance.
I was talking with the friend I used to go to concerts with about getting tickets for Shinagawa in September, and it felt just like the old days.
The meal after the concert was fun too. It's really great to be able to share these things.
It was truly a dream-like day, and I felt lonely being back in the hotel in a silent room, so I just left the TV on and stared blankly until I fell asleep.
Even after I woke up, I felt like I was floating. (Though my body was battered...)
I was relatively calm until I got on the plane, but the moment it took off, I thought, "Oh, if I fly now, I'll wake up from the dream," and I started crying (even though I'm a grown adult... I'm glad I was by the window...), and I'm crying again now as I type this article while remembering it.
In my first article, I wrote that my feelings were so strong they felt like a curse, but maybe it was magic.
You blew away all the heavy things I was thinking about in an instant, gave me power, and made me want to live more and see more.
I think I will go to the next one in Shinagawa.
I feel like I'll regret it if I don't see them while I'm still able to...!
Anyway, thank you so much for your hard work.
FANTASTIC◇CIRCUS, thank you for reincarnating in this era.
I still love you so, so much.
Please let me see this dream-like time again.
Please color my life.
Thank you so much for your hard work.
