My stomach is feeling a little tired.
At times like this, I want to slurp something refreshing.
Let's have the hand-kneaded tsukemen at Tora Shokudo.

After a while, the dipping broth and noodles are served.
First, I pull up a few noodles and eat them as they are.
The firm, chewy, flat, medium-thick noodles are rich in flavor, and their sweetness increases with every chew.
The mouthfeel of the irregular noodle strands is also pleasant; it's outstandingly delicious!

The dipping broth has a solid dashi base with a strong acidity.
It has a full, rich umami flavor while remaining refreshing, soaking into my weakened stomach.
When I dunk the noodles in and slurp them up, the synergistic effect of their flavors is irresistibly delicious (^^)

The accents of the fragrant smoked chashu, greens, and menma are also great, and after slurping it all up, I finish with the soup-wari.
Here, the rich deliciousness of the chicken blossoms all at once.
I gulp it down, take a sigh of relief, and say thank you for the meal.
