Breaking Free from Being Serious!!
↑As an aside, the curl of my second son's eyelashes is incredible (lol)
The other day, I took a photo to be featured in the company newsletter (←is it like a class newspaper for the office?). Apparently, it's a project where they feature photos by department? I don't really understand the purpose😅
Our accounting department is a stiff-feeling department!! I thought I would smash that image to pieces!!
I invited the accounting members to take a photo in a funny pose.
But, it's a no-go.
They are all serious salarymen (lol)
Any behavior that deviates from the norm is NG!!
Because it will affect their career advancement?
No, no, that's not necessarily the case.
Perhaps, because they grew up in a serious company atmosphere,
they cannot remove that frame, that invisible wall.
They are standard-issue warriors who have grown up within the small frame of a company.
(↑I am dissing them in my own way.)
Having said that, I also couldn't break free from being serious before I started note.
There was no room to even remember the uniqueness I had when I was in elementary or junior high school.
Since you're an adult, since you're a working professional, don't mess around like a child!!
I might have unconsciously decided that for myself.
When people have a place where they can do strange things, they regain their uniqueness
I changed after I started note (or more accurately, I returned to my original self). By expressing myself freely on note and sometimes messing around quite a bit, I was able to regain my uniqueness in real life as well. I became able to take novel approaches at work too. I became able to show what I valued most in front of people other than my family.

So, in the company newsletter,
I ended up being the only one in the photo posing goofily.... Since the other members only appeared normally,
I really stand out!! (lol)
The PR material with the photo was printed and arrived in my hands in the form of a small booklet.
However... among the people who look serious, I don't want to confirm the figure of myself likely failing miserably😅..
I quietly put it in a drawer, and three weeks have already passed since then (lol)😁
If I don't look at it, I can stay positive, and above all, I am happy that I was able to break out of the mold of a standard-issue warrior who was supposed to have been cultivated seriously.
I want to cherish my own feelings and actions.

Next week, I will apply for and have an interview for a citizen instructor program held by the city. I wonder if I should also submit the content mentioned above!!
For now, I will apply with a theme on financial analysis, which I have been talking about for many years as an in-house instructor. It's my instructor debut!! Even though I might fail.
That's all!!
