Collection of Tanka with Generated Images (11-20)
A series of Tanka with generated images that I post on X once a day.
I basically instruct ChatGPT to 'draw an image that captures the feel of this Tanka'.
Since I write them in a text file called 'Tanka Collection,' a flow from the previous day naturally emerges. I've started picking up more from my daily life.

Repeating that the big chorus is still not enough, my voice goes hoarse twice, then three times

*Inspired by hearing the band at the neighborhood elementary school summer festival repeat the big chorus of The Blue Hearts' 'Jounetsu no Bara' three times.
12
On a day when thunder continues like footsteps, bullfrogs croak inside the footprints

*It was a day when the thunder kept rolling. When the thunder stopped, the frogs all started croaking at once.
13
In a world line where everyone speaks in free-form haiku, everyone is just drizzling

*I had been generating images for Taneda Santoka's free-form haiku.
14
Body fluids and solar heat mingle, an outdoor cremation being boiled

*The day I felt like I was being cremated because I rode my bicycle under the scorching sun for a long time.
15
Stuffing only cheap bread into my hungry stomach, pretending I don't know about rice

*Rice is expensive, so I've actually been eating a lot of white bread.
16
Knowing there's a fireworks display nearby, I use my illness as an excuse to only listen to the sounds

*There was a fireworks display in the neighborhood, but I didn't go because I don't have many good memories of them. Plus, I can't even look up.
17
If studying is your reason to escape housework, I will give all the housework to you

*In response to my son running away saying 'I'm going to do my homework!' when I tried to get him to help me fold the laundry. I didn't actually give it to him.
18
My thin mother gives me a novel contest advertisement she cut out from the newspaper

*An actual scene from when I visited my parents' house.

With fingertips tapping out the intro drums, my son inherits his father's gestures

*My son's current favorite is Imagine Dragons' 'Believer.' He often taps out the impressive drum intro with his fingers. It's an imitation of me playing drums by tapping on my chest and stomach.

Saying I don't want to read anything right now, I open Nobuo Kojima's 'Mino'.

*In reality, I didn't feel like I didn't want to read anything; this is a modified version of a poem that simply turned facts into a tanka: 'My stomach is upset, I retreat to the bathroom again and again, I open Nobuo Kojima's "Mino".' I was influenced by reading a post by Binta Otaki.
「小説でやっちゃダメなことを全部やっている」でおなじみの小島信夫『美濃』を読むと(ぼくは)めちゃくちゃ元気になるのでオススメです。https://t.co/MB22CnbzBV
