There is nothing that does not change.

Sometimes, words you believed in until yesterday no longer reach your heart today.

Conversely, a casual remark you passed by might suddenly take on meaning years later.

People, relationships, feelings, and scenery alike.

They are made in such a way that they cannot remain in the same form.

That may seem cruel, but in reality, it is also a salvation.

It means you cannot remain in pain forever.

It also means you cannot remain in happiness forever.

That is precisely why we have no choice but to live in the "now."

You can cling to the past, or you can be afraid of a future that has not yet arrived.

But the only thing you can truly touch is this very moment.

You cannot stop things from changing.

However, you can choose what to see, what to let go of, and what to keep within that flow.

That is why, please do not forget.
