Here, I'm adding a slightly electro and pop hook. EeL's cheap-chic and highly sophisticated digital sound gives the playlist a unique, 'like turning over a toy box' sense of excitement. It is incredibly addictive!
4. Zakkan (Impressions) / Satoko Shibata
A song where the word choice and melodic sense shine. While it may seem like she is singing about the trivial 'impressions' of daily life, the words spun over the groovy sound are startlingly sharp and pierce the heart deeply.
5. Doku / Hakushi Hasegawa
A singular talent in the contemporary Japanese music scene, Hakushi Hasegawa. 'Doku,' where chaos and precise pop sensibilities coexist, releases an intense stimulus in the middle of the playlist. Your ears are sure to rejoice at the unpredictable progression.
6. Miracle / NIKO NIKO TAN TAN

9. Abibanonnon / Tempalay
A supreme, laid-back sauna song released by psychedelic pop masters Tempalay that feels like soaking in hot water. It is a one-of-a-kind pop song that only they could create—somehow strange, yet it makes you want to cry with nostalgia and tenderness.
10. Kamukamoshikamoni-domokamo! / MONO NO AWARE
Closing out the playlist is MONO NO AWARE. This track features an incredibly catchy phrase based on a tongue twister, exploding with their superb band ensemble. It is the perfect final piece that leaves you with a strange sense of exhilaration and makes you think, 'Maybe I'll listen to it one more time.'
