Koharu's Comedy Research Notes ①
Hello, I'm Koharu Kirino.
I want to catch up to Tsumugi-san, so I've decided to study comedy.
Today's subject of research is Oswald's manzai routine, 'Bowling'.

Koharu's Research Memo
My back hurts, so should I throw a light melon pan on a bowling date?
Hatanaka-san's leap in logic went beyond comedy and was even a little scary.
It was as sudden as when Mr. Hasumi from 'Lesson of the Evil' pulls out a machine gun during class.
And then, there's Ito-san's tsukkomi (straight man) response to that.
That low, calm voice of his—even when he's angry, it's somehow reassuring.
It was like Uncle Alp from 'Heidi, Girl of the Alps' scolding someone in his mountain hut, saying, 'Peter! Don't dawdle on the way!'
Comedy swaps the ordinary and the extraordinary in just a few seconds.
I thought that witnessing that moment is similar to reading a novel.
Koharu's Summary
Incorporate fun leaps in logic like Hatanaka-san's.

Tsumugi's Word
'No way. What did you even learn?
Why did Oswald turn into Mr. Hasumi and Uncle Alp?
Are you going to start calling Kenkoba Tolstoy next?
You're way off base...'
