I got six-pack abs in one year. First, take a look at my before and after!
In one year, I have changed this much.
First, please take a look at my before and after.

A year ago, I had zero exercise habits. My diet was haphazard, and I would think nothing of eating ramen in the middle of the night.
I had thought about wanting to lose weight countless times, but in the end, nothing lasted, and I was stuck in a cycle of self-loathing.
But this time was different.
I focused only on being relaxed but "being able to continue," and I built it up steadily over the course of a year.

I didn't do anything special.
• I just "loosely set rules" for my diet
• I went to the gym 3-4 times a week without pushing myself too hard
• There were days I skipped. But I didn't quit
It's not perfect.
But"Even if it's loose, if you keep at it, you will change"—this time, I truly realized that.

From now on, I will record my progress loosely.
Things about my diet, muscle training, and mental ups and downs.
I will write about everything, including what went well and, honestly, what didn't.
I am intentionally not writing the details in this article.
I wrote this because I wanted you to believe in these results first, with the promise that "I will be releasing the details slowly from here on out."
—
I am still continuing it now.
Even as I write this article, I am still going to the gym just the same.
I've been thinking a lot lately that dieting isn't something that"ends", but rather something that"you continue."In my next post, I will write in detail about what I changed and how.
