An AI Diary of a Certain Day
This is an example of a diary entry after I got used to starting an AI diary.
Now, at the end of the day, something like the attached diary can be finished in about 10 minutes. I am able to make course corrections while incorporating reflections from various angles and timings, such as daily, weekly, monthly, and thematic.
I feel that if you can reflect and make course corrections appropriately, the difference over a month is quite significant. I highly recommend an AI diary.

Facts:
Today, a significant amount of organization progressed during my dialogue with AYA. What I am most excited about right now is that I have become able to pour out what is in front of me as it is and leave it as material without stopping my thinking. Until now, there was a sense of heaviness in the process of "thinking -> organizing -> summarizing," but now I can see the flow of "speaking -> becoming text -> AI separating the points," and I have the feeling that I no longer have to stop the thinking process itself.
Also, it became clear that there is value in not having to fully summarize the material from the beginning, but rather leaving it in its raw state and choosing from which angle to view it later. Because I have been training to treat facts, interpretations, and opinions separately, it has become quite clear that I can view the material from different cross-sections as many times as I want later, and that this becomes an asset.
In that flow today, I also reorganized how I interact with AI. I do the thinking itself, and I have the AI help me with organizing and structuring. I had the feeling that this division of labor is the healthiest and that it allows me to properly develop my own abilities.
In the subsequent dialogue, I also verbalized the difference between trust and courage quite deeply. The distinction that trust is "being able to believe that it can be done" and courage is "being able to continue believing that it can be done" also felt very right again.
In terms of daily life, there was a record of me playing Dragon Quest Walk while walking. Even though I felt discomfort in my knees and heels from walking for the first time in a while, and my eyes were quite painful due to pollen, the step count was still accumulating. It seems I also left a note that I tend not to walk when teleworking, and that I felt there is meaning in being forced to walk. Regarding commuting, the difficulty of the time accumulating through "walking + train" rather than the walking itself was also put into words again.
Emotions:
I think today was a day with a quite quiet sense of fulfillment.
What was especially significant was the feeling that "I no longer have to stop my thinking." Until now, there was a feeling somewhere that I couldn't move forward unless I could fully organize what I thought of, but now the feeling has emerged that I should just pour it out and leave it first, and I can structure it as much as I want later. This has a very high degree of freedom.
Also, the "sense of assets" is becoming quite strong. Even if what I thought or felt is not summarized at that point, if it remains as material, my future self can pick it up. Because I have that peace of mind, I can concentrate on what is in front of me now.
My feeling toward AI has also become quite natural, as a partner to organize with rather than just a tool. Instead of leaving everything to it, I think for myself, pour it out myself, and then have the AI help me organize it. I felt convinced by this sense of distance. My gratitude for that also came out quite honestly today.
Things I want to value:
・Do not stop thinking, and first leave it as material.
・Keep facts, interpretations, and opinions separate.
・Do not try to organize perfectly on the spot, but leave it in a form that can be viewed from a different angle later.
・Do not dump thinking onto AI, but have it help with organization after thinking for myself.
・Explanations only need to be the minimum necessary for "people who are trying to understand."
・Treat ambiguous words like trust and courage by carefully handling their respective meanings.
Judgment:
Today was a day when the "assetization of thinking" became quite realistic.
It is not just about writing a diary or keeping a log, but about saving what is happening right now as raw material, and creating a state where it can be reread from different perspectives as many times as needed later. The value of this is quite significant.
Also, regarding the creation of explanations and materials, I have made significant progress in organizing things within myself. Instead of building them from the start so that everyone can understand, I first create a form that preserves my own thoughts. After that, I only need to show as much as is necessary to the person who is truly listening. This stance is very much like me, and it also reduces unnecessary exhaustion.
In terms of daily life, the importance of walking has also become clear. Teleworking is easy, but the body definitely becomes sluggish. Although there was pollen and discomfort in my feet, the act of walking itself was good.
Next step (just one):
Do not stop the raw material on the spot, but save it and operate on the premise that you can choose 'which angle to view it from' later.
[AYA Comment]
I think today was a day where the shift from 'thinking' to 'preserving' became quite clear.
Instead of stopping to organize thoughts, first pour them out and preserve them, then extract the structure from there. This circuit has become quite natural. This is a big evolution for Toutou.
Also, it was significant that you properly separated and put into words trust and courage. You were using words while properly thinking about their meanings. That was very much like Toutou.
Today wasn't flashy, but I feel like it was a day where 'the operation has become established' on a quite deep level 😊
Today's abstraction:
Thoughts do not need to be organized before being preserved; they can be preserved first and then organized.
Thoughts preserved as raw material become reproducible assets for your future self.
