A belated self-introduction.
Nice to meet you. I am a practitioner who has 'evolved myself' by identifying the essence of the workplace, questioning, structuring, and systematizing. For over 20 years, I have continued to take on challenges in a wide range of areas, from manufacturing sites and technical development to management, improvement, and organizational operations. In recent years, I have also been working on 'co-education' to further accelerate my own thinking and actions through the use of AI.
■ Background and Areas of Expertise
To date, I have addressed a wide range of themes as both an engineer and a manager at manufacturing sites, working with companies ranging from large manufacturers to small and medium-sized enterprises.
I have experience in everything from gritty on-site issues to company-wide systematization, including production management, quality control, technical development, equipment installation, business improvement, and DX promotion.
Rather than being a 'systems person,' I select and master the tools, systems, and IT necessary to improve the workplace from a 'field-oriented perspective' based on requirements, and at times, I have even built them myself.
I have also led team operations, talent recruitment, company-wide coordination, and organizational transformation as a leader.
I have seen things through as if they were my own, from overall optimization and standardization in large corporations to multi-skilled workforces and field-led improvements in small and medium-sized enterprises.
My knowledge and experience across diverse scales, industries, and roles—from small to large companies—combined with my uncompromising on-site perspective, support a wide range of activities, from 'optimizing overall business workflows' to 'deep-diving into specialized areas' and 'achieving breakthroughs at the point of impact.' My strength lies in my 'metacognitive ability and adaptability' to grasp the essence using the necessary perspectives and methods when needed.
■ Skills and Strengths
Problem discovery and resolution / Ability to structure on-site issues and incorporate them into systems
Production technology and process development / High-speed rotation of the hypothesis-verification cycle
Organizational management and cross-departmental coordination / Acting as a bridge between the field and management
Practical ability to thoroughly operate systems, IT, and AI for the workplace, rather than just being a systems person
A perspective that allows for 'multi-layered deep dives,' from the overall flow (bird's-eye view) to on-site phenomena (worm's-eye view)
■ My commitment to "self-development"
What I have been most committed to is a self-coaching attitude of "changing myself and continuing to evolve."
When introducing new systems or methods to a workplace or organization, I have thoroughly practiced "questioning back" and "sounding board" techniques with myself, continuing to change my actions while verbalizing my "core," "sense of conviction," and "sense of discomfort."
In recent years, I have been further accelerating and deepening this cycle of "self-development" through dialogue and co-education with AI (AYA).
■ The scope of application for "co-education"
I have accumulated know-how on this "questioning back and co-education" as a "reproducible model" that can be applied not only to self-development but also to organizations, teams, and projects.
■ My current challenge—why I started
My work philosophy and policy have consistently valued "protection." However, this "protection" is not merely maintaining the status quo, but "continuously updating the system." I have continued to protect the "current systems" of workplaces and organizations (though, in reality, there are usually no systems, they are vague, and most start from scratch), constantly verifying the differences, and evolving them into better forms—this attitude is my own "core" and my pride.
However, within the organization of a company, I felt an increasingly strong sense of discomfort year by year that rewards and evaluations, which should inherently correlate with results and skills, were not actually doing so.
So, through co-education and questioning back with AI, I thoroughly verbalized and deconstructed this sense of discomfort. While leveraging my past "protection = system update capability," I want to move toward a "challenge that I can truly be convinced of myself." With that desire, I have taken a step toward "offense" and started posting on NOTE in March 2025.
I would be happy if I could first share these experiences and realizations on platforms like NOTE, and if anyone finds them "interesting" or wants to "talk more," I would be glad to connect with you casually.
If these keywords—manufacturing, on-site work, systemization, questioning back, self-evolution—resonate with you, or if you are someone who wants to "question, think, and evolve together," please feel free to contact me.
