A 'place where I can talk with peace of mind' changed my life. Nice to meet you. I am Mana, a 'Self-Axis' development coach and heart designer who helps you stop putting yourself last.

Thank you so much for opening this page.
I would be happy if you could listen to my story for just a little while first.

Perhaps you, who are reading this page, might also be feeling this way:

I always prioritize others around me...
My own feelings are always put on the back burner.
I am working hard, but for some reason, I don't feel fulfilled.

You might be harboring such feelings.
Actually, I used to be exactly that kind of person.

I have always lived by prioritizing someone else over myself.🍀

Since I was young, I have loved being useful to others.
I cannot leave people in trouble alone.

I cannot say no when asked for help.

"Thank you."

I was happy to hear those words, so I put myself last.
Before I knew it, that way of living had become the norm. But that kindness was slowly causing me suffering.

Life was tougher than I had imagined.🌧️

My life has by no means been smooth sailing.

✅️ The bankruptcy of my husband's company.
✅️ Divorce.
✅️ Raising children.
✅️ Caregiving.

My living environment changed drastically many times.

"Why is it always me..."

There were times when I thought that.
There were also days filled with anxiety, unable to see what lay ahead.

I couldn't show my weakness to anyone,

"I have to do my best."

I spent every day telling myself that.
But in reality, my heart had reached its limit.

It wasn't one person's advice that saved me.✨

What saved me was not special words,
nor was it magical advice.

A "place where I can talk with peace of mind"

was it.

  • Not being judged.

  • Not being evaluated.

  • Not having to rush to provide an answer.

Just,

"I see, that's how it was."

By being accepted like that, my tense heart gradually began to unwind.

At that moment, I realized for the first time. People do not change by being told the answers.

By having a place where one can feel safe, one can find one's own answers.

That is what I realized.

"Heart Design" was born from this experience🌸

Triggered by this experience,

✅️Psychology
✅️Coaching
✅️Gestalt therapy

and so on. Of course, knowledge is also important.

But the more I learned, the more I felt that,

the most important thing is a "sense of security"

was the key.

That is why I,

"Heart Design"

I started this activity.

It is not a place to teach knowledge, but

  • a place where you can talk with peace of mind.

  • a place where you can cry with peace of mind.

  • a place where you can laugh with peace of mind.

That is because I wanted to create such a place to belong.

Actually, I have always loved supporting people's growth since long ago. 😊

Looking back, I have always worked in jobs that involve facing people.

✅️During my time as an apparel store manager, all staff members were promoted to store managers. ✅️I was also involved in store development and human resource training. ✅️While working at a convenience store, I even achieved the number one sales record in the country.

However, what made me happiest was not the numbers.

“I was able to do my best because of you, Mana.” “I’m glad I consulted you.” “I feel relieved.”

Those were the words. That is why I still think so today.

My strength is not in changing people, but in

creating a place where that person can change in their own way.

I believe that is my role.

What I want to deliver is a "self-axis." 🌱

In this day and age, there is a lot of information.

However,

the number of people who are suffering despite having information has not decreased.

The reason for that is

Because you end up looking for answers outside of yourself.

"I have to be like that person."
"I have to try harder."

There are so many people who lose sight of themselves in that way.

That is why I want to deliver, not a way to become someone else, but

a way to live true to yourself

.

Having a self-axis does not mean being selfish.
It is a way of living where you can cherish those around you while also cherishing your own feelings.

I want to build that foundation together with you.

I have a dream I want to fulfill🌈

I have a dream.
It is to increase the number of "safe places" across the country.

I am currently growing an activity called "Heart Design," but

in the future,

✅️Courses
✅️Communities
✅️Real-life events
✅️Heart Designer training courses

and more, I want to spread places where people can talk with peace of mind throughout the country.
One person's smile makes their family smile.

A family's smile spreads to the community.
That is why I am serious about creating a society where "peace of mind" spreads.

What I will be sharing on this note📝

On this note,

・How to develop a self-axis
・Ways of thinking to boost self-esteem
・How to apply psychology in daily life
・Tips to make human relationships easier
・Concepts of Gestalt therapy
・My own failures and lessons learned
・Ways of thinking to lighten your heart

and more, I will share in a way that anyone can practice, using as little technical jargon as possible.

After reading this,

"I feel a little lighter."
"I feel like I can do my best again starting tomorrow."

I hope to write articles that make you feel that way.

Finally 💐

Thank you so much for reading this far.
If you are continuing to struggle alone right now, please do not forget this.

You are not suffering because you are weak.
It may just be that you have been trying too hard because you are too kind.

That is why, from now on, please be a little kinder to your own heart as well.

I would be very happy if this note could become a place where you can return with peace of mind.

I look forward to working with you from here on out.
