Let's Go to Yonigaoka Town! ~Fictional Place Name Festival Entry~

I'll be participating in PJ's Fictional Place Name Festival!
Let's get started right away!

First, I'd like to visit Yonigaoka Town by Hareruya ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ.

"Oh, this is nice!"

"Th-this is wonderful~"

"It has a different atmosphere from Naniwa City."

The trio from Sakurajyo East High School arrived in Yonigaoka Town: Shiori, also known as Shiorin, who speaks in Naniwa dialect (Kansai dialect) and wears her black hair in a ponytail; Cocoa, also known as Kokko, the granddaughter of the Sumeragi Group chairman, who has red twin-tails and a distinctively sweet voice that draws out the ends of her sentences; and Honoka, also known as Honocchi, who has short blonde hair, wears glasses, is serious, and volunteered to be the class representative.

It was a two-hour train ride from Sakurajyo Central Station on the Japan Railway in Sakurajyo City.

Yonigaoka Town.

It looks like an ordinary town, but there's a feeling that something is different, and that feeling dominates the town.

"Glad you made it, let's go."

Waiting for the three of them at the station was Shiori's childhood friend, Rumi Isogai.

"Thanks for today."

"It's fine, don't worry about it."

Rumi waved her hand at Shiori as she thanked her.

"It's been a while, have you been well?"

"So-so."

"I see. You don't need any blood today?"

"Not yet."

"Blood, you say~!?"

"What do you mean?"

Cocoa and Honoka could not hide their surprise at the exchange between Shiori and Rumi.

"I haven't had any good blood lately."

"Is that so? Want some of mine? I'll give it to you for 10,000 yen."

"That's expensive."

"Can't be helped, I'll give you a discount. One million yen."

"It got more expensive. Instead, I've just been drinking vegetable juice."

"Vegetable juice... is that so?"

Muttering that, Shiori stopped walking.

Rumi was looking at Shiori with a puzzled expression.

"W-what's wrong?"

"I-I was surprised."

Cocoa and Honoka, who almost bumped into Shiori's back, looked surprised.

"Ririka, you were almost there. Rumi doesn't like vegetable juice, she likes tomato juice."

"Sigh... I was nervous because you weren't first-time visitors, but I guess it's no good after all."

Isogai Rumi's younger sister, Ririka Isogai, sighed.

"You have to do your research properly. Besides, I'm Rumi's childhood friend. I thought it was strange that she could come here so energetically like this. I don't know about recent things, but I remember what she likes. So, where's Rumi?"

"She's at home watching TV."

"Did she know we were coming?"

"Nope."

“You don't know? But you must have had some business, which is why you called us, right?”

“Yeah.”

Ririka looked up at the sky.

“What's wrong?”

“Today is my sister's birthday, and I thought it would be lonely if it were just me.”

“What's that about? If that's the case, you didn't have to go out of your way to call me as Rumai.”

“It's also for my practice.”

Ririka showed a smile.

“Koko, Honocchi, I know it's late, but let me introduce you. This is my childhood friend's younger sister, Ririka Isoya. Her special skill, as you can see, is impersonating others.”

“I'm Kokoa Sumeragi~”

“I'm Honoka Minatogawa. Nice to meet you.”

Kokoa and Honoka were surprised.

“And the name that's been coming up is Rumai Isoya. She's a vampire, and since she's prone to anemia, she's always drinking tomato juice. That's why you rarely see her.”

After that, Shiori, Kokoa, and Honoka, who bought a birthday cake, headed to Rumai's house, celebrated her birthday as a surprise, and after being seen off by Rumai and Ririka, left Yonioka Town and headed home.

“Rumai, Ririka, I'll come again.”

While listening to the train departure announcement, Shiori muttered.

I tried looking at TALES to see the settings for Yonioka Town, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't see it due to an error.
Therefore, based on the tag 'Modern Fantasy' (which I could see) and the fact that it's a bit strange, I decided on this setting.
