I am currently trying to view initial reactions not as 'answers' but as 'questions'.

Specifically, I carefully extract 'who misunderstood what and how' based on the behavior logs and inquiry text from the first week of launch.

Based on that, I redesign the display timing, user flow, and copy.

There are not a few cases where the CTR has more than doubled after these improvements.
