I am Takahashi, a multi-hyphenate professional challenging my own potential.

In an era of the 100-year life, I aim to remain active and enjoy both work and private life for a long time,
while eventually providing the spark to ignite others,

are evolving at an astonishing speed.

Even in sales work,
tasks that used to take people a lot of time, such as managing customer information, writing documents, and adjusting schedules,
are now being assisted by technology.

I accept this evolution positively.

On the other hand,
I also feel that there are things we must not forget as technology develops.

That is
the "analog power" that humans possess, such as passion, sensitivity, and compassion.

No matter how excellent a system is built,
if the person using it cannot imagine the other person's perspective,
convenience can sometimes hurt someone.

No matter how much information is gathered,
one cannot understand the anxiety or hesitation that the person in front of them cannot put into words
using only numbers.

The foundation of industry and technological innovation is not just equipment and systems.
People who can think about what technology is used for and for whom it is being refined are also an indispensable foundation.

Whether in recruitment support or sales,
delivering information quickly can be done by technology.

However,
it is "people" who think about what the other person truly wants, choose their words, and build a relationship where they can talk with peace of mind.

Technology does not exist solely to take away human jobs.
It should exist to allow people to devote more time and energy to "what only humans can do for others."

That is why I
want to continue to polish my interest in and compassion for people as much as I learn new technologies.
