[Reflection] The chat session held with SayuRi-san

Today, Sunday, March 30th, I held a chat session with SayuRi-san.

The reason we held this event was because we had previously interacted in Hiroomi Sueyoshi's content creation community and Maico's Magic School.

Theme: Let's expand our reach to the world without overdoing it
Subtitle: Let's gather the courage to venture outside of note as well

We had two people scheduled to attend, but unfortunately one had to cancel due to poor health,
but even so, I was able to hold the event and we had a fun conversation.

Including myself, all the participants were people who primarily create content on note.

Everyone is also creating content on other platforms at their own pace.
X, Threads, Instagram, stand.fm, etc.

I think note is sufficient on its own, but by utilizing the unique features of different platforms, the people you can interact with change as well.

As the event organizer, many things were new to me, so I was running around in circles during the preparation. I tried making slides in Canva, and my knowledge of how to use Zoom was actually shaky. Like, 'How do I share my screen?'

Before the day of the event, I tried connecting with my smartphone and computer to practice (laughs). I also did a dry run with SayuRi-san. This was also a great experience!

And the chat session flew by in an instant!
Talking with people is truly fun, isn't it!
It's amazing to be able to share the same time in real-time, even online.
After all, even though we live in completely different places, there are moments when we can connect.
The Kanto region and Okayama Prefecture. That's quite a distance to meet in person.

Junko-san:
We had a commonality in that we are both in international marriages, so we were able to have a fun conversation.

SayuRi-san:

During this chat session, hints for creating content on stand.fm also came up while we were talking, and I hope I can make use of them in my future updates.
