I decided to change my mood and updated the image on my note page.

I've been wanting to add some words for a while, and these are the ones that came to mind.

I write every day, but I also have moments where I feel anxious, find it difficult to write, or think negatively.

I often worry about what others might think, too.

Thinking things like, 'I'm different from that person,' or 'They can do it because it's them.'

I think it's natural for everyone to have those kinds of feelings sometimes.

Even so, you must first believe in yourself.

'It's okay, you can do it.'

Please say that to yourself.

When you decide to do something, the walls you have to face might not be small. But once you can firmly hold onto the feeling of believing in yourself, the world you see will surely change.
