Am I an English user?

Looking back through my past articles, this article was a start for my English studying in 2024.

I met Ai Evans on note and I took the Grammer Course from her. This course is different from the one she's mentioning in the article.

She was saying in the article that English learners should become English users. 

Am I an English user?
Reading and listening news articles are some of my studying habits. I am already an English user according to her article. However, I always feel that my studying time isn't enough. Why do I feel I'm not confident enough about my English skills?

Everytime I bump into new information or words, I always feel I need to study more. There is so much information that I don't know in Japan and in the world.

What is true, or what is not true? 
How can I judge that?

Reading and listening to the news, I really feel I need to learn more about the background of the news. It's just endless for me. 

As a learner of English, I am an English user as well. Writing articles is also a way to be an English user. And what should I write? 

I sometimes lose sight of my purpose for studying English. And I always come back to the same answer.

Studying just continues. It's not just the problem of English, the language. It's necessary for me to search and learn the fact or information itself. Then, I should try to judge it by different aspects and figure out what might be true. Or, I shouldn't even judge its truth. 

I've been studying English but these feelings make me uncomfortable or unconfident.

This is one of my reasons why I always say I'm an English learner. I should be more confident to say I'm an English user.
