Thank you for the English planner.

Hello.
This is Nozomi*daisy.

Thank you for always coming to read my posts.

This is sudden, but I have decided to let go of posting questions from my English planner and daily vocabulary words on my note articles.

There might have been some of you who were hoping to continue reading them.

Just because I am not posting them as articles does not mean I am letting go of them completely. If I feel like it, I might still post them on X or Threads. Answering the weekly questions is fun, so I will continue to do that by writing in my planner. As I continue with note, I have become convinced that I can write without relying on the English planner anymore.

I want to continue writing on note as much as possible.
That will not change.

What will change is what I write about.

Using English is also very important to me.
There are people who are interested in English, and many experts are also active here on note.

For me, it is also one of the most important means of communication.

Since I started note, I have been learning English again quite seriously in parallel.

The thing that has made me happiest recently.

I have become able to properly listen to the music and YouTube videos that my American husband usually plays in the background. I can understand the lyrics and lines and laugh along with him. Without subtitles.
This is surprisingly difficult. The speed at which words flow is just so fast (laughs).

Being able to share the things we both like together.

Just being able to do that makes me happy.

The purpose of improving language skills also differs from person to person.
What are you studying English for?

I wrote this article because I wanted you to think about it again. Answers to questions exist, but they also don't. The correct answer differs for everyone, and that is fine.

Language, both Japanese and English, changes every day.
Things happening in the world also change in various ways.
I want to live my life while keeping my antennas spread out in various directions and taking care of myself.
