My clinic visits started again today.
Thinking it would be crowded at the start of the year, I booked an appointment during the time slot that incurs an early morning fee.
It would be nice if I could go through this stress-free.

Organizing the situation.

This is my second cycle.
From 12/24 (day 4 of my period) to 12/28,
I took Letrozole for 5 days.

After that, the clinic was closed for the New Year holidays, so I went in today.
It's a follicle check.

Sometimes my right follicle feels painful, and my discharge has increased, so maybe it's going well? I'm holding onto a faint hope that it's growing.

Last time,
it was Letrozole for 5 days -> Gonal-F 100 x 3 days -> Letrozole morning and night for 3 days, so
I took medication for 11 consecutive days.

This time,
since there was a 5-day gap, I'm wondering what will happen,
and I'm currently filled with a mix of anticipation and anxiety.

The result is...

I don't really know, is the honest answer.

It seems there was a 5.1mm and 23.3mm follicle on the right, and a 4.9mm follicle on the left.

👩‍⚕️ "They aren't growing at all, well, your AMH is 15.1. Wait, could this be about to ovulate? Since there was a remnant from the previous ovulation on the right last time, it might just be that it got bigger. I don't know, so let's check your LH."
So, suddenly a urine test.
After the urine test...
👩‍⚕️ "It's reacting to LH, so let's go ahead and give you an injection (HCG injection)."
And that's how I ended up getting the injection.

The details of the doctor's words bother me.
"Go ahead and"? What does that mean? "Remnant..."? Do remnants get bigger? "Because I don't know?" "Because your AMH is 15.1?"

The doctor is a very blunt woman, so I can never find the right timing to ask, and I always end up thinking about it and feeling uneasy afterward... It was the same last time, but from the doctor's words, I sensed again this time that the conditions aren't perfect.

The next appointment is 1/7.
I have to take time off work right at the beginning of the year, and I'm feeling like, what should I do...
