I really like this kind of referencing.
It works as a pop advertisement, but those in the know will get a kick out of it.
However, I am a little curious about which position (sponsor, director, designer, operator) this concept came from.
Sometimes it's interesting when someone in an operator-like position uses company money to inject their own personal interests.

I think that falling into debt due to a gambling addiction is the same whether it's a crime (illegal) or state-run (legal), but the bigwigs in the police won't tell us about that difference.
In other words, I take this as a warning to new employees to think about those things for themselves (and not to say anything unnecessary).

The location is Alpark. I heard there was another aquarium there before I came to Hiroshima, so in a sense, it might be a throwback.
I have a cynical view that the reason TV spends so much time covering the Ryoko Hirosue issue is to avoid getting involved as much as possible with EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, which is just around the corner.
Though it may just be that the production side genuinely thinks Hirosue-san will earn better ratings than the Expo.
