When AGI Begins to Come into View Beyond Lark
── On the premonition that the landscape of work is changing
Right now, Lark is a natural part of my work.
Communicating via chat,
sharing documents,
advancing tasks,
and running meetings.
Without even thinking about it,
work revolves around Lark.
Rather than the feeling of "using a convenient tool,"
it has become the flow of work itself.
That is what it is to me now.
For those who are Lark enthusiasts, I think there is much that resonates ⬆️

The reason why we are somehow still busy even though we are using AI
I have been hearing voices like this a lot lately.
We have introduced AI tools
We are also advancing DX
But the front lines haven't really become any easier
It takes time to create forms,
we are chased by proposal materials,
and transcription errors or omissions occur.
This is not a special case.
It is something happening in many workplaces.
The problem is that
even as AI increases, the structure of work has not changed.
Cases where AI is simply being "added" to work that is premised on being done by humans
are actually not rare.

and sometimes that can be exhausting.
What Begins to Change with Lark × AGI
And recently,
the existence of AGI (AI agents)
has begun to come into view as an extension of Lark.
Even if I don't understand everything right away,
I felt that the landscape of work will definitely change, I felt.
When Lark and AGI are combined,
it is not just the speed of work that changes.
What changes is
the division of roles between people and work.
Creating drafts of forms
Thinking about the structure of materials
Gathering and organizing information
These parts
will gradually be able to be entrusted to AI.
People
will be able to use their energy for
"thinking," "judging," and "choosing."

The reason why "Wait, it's already done?" happens
When listening to stories about Lark × AGI,
there is a phrase that often comes up.
"Wait, is it already finished?"
This is
not simply because the work becomes faster.
Waiting time decreases
Back-and-forth confirmation decreases
"Waiting for someone's work" disappears
AGI (AI agents) are
not entities that wait for instructions one by one, but
entities that advance tasks toward a goal because of that.
Workflows will
become less likely to stall midway.

will you feel, "Huh? It's already done?"!!
The change where errors decrease
As long as humans are doing the work,
there are things that are inevitably unavoidable.
Transcription errors
Omissions in input
Forgetting to check
In particular,
these are more likely to happen when you are busy or tired.
AGI
is not influenced by the time of day or emotions.
As a result,
people will gradually move away from "tasks where humans are prone to making mistakes."
I feel that this
is not a story about reducing staff, but
a story about protecting people.

it will work forever without complaining.
This seminar is a time to "see and experience" rather than "understand."
The
Lark × AGI Next-Generation DX Seminar held on February 4th
is not a place to cram in knowledge.
Actually,
The way work progresses when you give instructions via chat
The flow of AGI processing tasks
The boundary between work done by humans and work that can be delegated
This is a time to see and experience that for yourself.
A moment where you think, "So this is what it means," and it truly clicks.
We are aiming for a 60-minute session that delivers exactly that.

this promises to be an astonishing hour.
This is something I want those who already use Lark to see.
Lark is
not just a chat tool.
It sits at the center of your operations,
a place where information and decisions converge.
When the concept of AGI is layered onto that,
Lark
becomes the foundation for the next generation of work.
You don't need to understand everything right now.
But,
"The landscape is starting to change."
That feeling alone,
I am certain you will take home with you.

please join us!
We will have the comedy AI performer, Morry, taking the stage!
In 60 minutes,
"See it," "Understand it," and "Imagine what comes next."
Beyond Lark,
why don't you join us to take a peek at the landscape of work in the near future?
