Words Open Up, A Dialogue with the Soul: We Held a Soul Journaling Talk Session

For this online course, I recruited a limited group of three people as initial monitors, and I recently held a special talk session with those participants online.

I myself was one of the people working on soul journaling during the same period as these three.

Although I was in the position of organizer, I spent a moment of dialogue with them as a fellow traveler who was 'facing the same questions and putting the light of the soul into words to bloom in my own way,' and we were able to gather as four and talk freely.

The participants this time were Ruka-san, Nozomi*daisy-san, and Acha-san. (I have received their permission to mention them.)

𓂃 𓈒𓏸 Ruka-san

My connection with Ruka-san goes back even further than note—to my ameblo days.

I have even asked her to write promotional articles for my products, and I am always drawn to her writing. It is delicate, gentle, and rich in sensibility.

In the past, I even took the Shinkansen to go meet her in the city where she lives.
The date we had at the garden we visited together is a memory I still cannot forget.

This time, she didn't show her face for a playful reason, but she is a very cute and charming woman♡

On note, she gently writes words for women with delicate hearts, and she is someone who has many fans, including myself.

𓂃 𓈒𓏸 Nozomi*daisy-san

My encounter with her was on note.

One day, while reading her articles because I was drawn to her transparent words, I came across a wonderful service where she would 'read paid notes and write an article about what she felt.' I thought, 'This is it,' and asked her to do it, which was the beginning of our deep connection.

When I met her on Zoom, she had the same transparent atmosphere as her writing.

Her soft smile and calm vibration were very impressive.

During the talk session, she happily told me, 'I will be publishing an e-book soon,' and a few days later she actually published it... She is truly a person of wonderful initiative and sensibility.

𓂃 𓈒𓏸 Acha-san

I also connected with Acha-san through note.

Back when I had just started on note and was writing while feeling my way through, not knowing anything—she was the kind person who gently introduced my clumsy articles.

It was one of those moments that made me feel, 'note is truly a warm world.'

She is intelligent and someone who holds her own central axis firmly. During the talk session, there were many sparkling words within her natural way of speaking... and each one resonated quietly in my heart as well.

Strangely, as the conversation flowed, 'questions to look back on' emerged, and each word spoken in response to those questions felt as if it were being delivered as a resonance necessary for each person's 'now'... it was such a warm time.

Actually, on this day, the time when everyone who gathered completed their soul journaling was still during the time when the heat was severe.

From there, we coordinated our schedules via Zoom, and last week was when everyone's schedules aligned.

Because we were able to meet after some time had passed since the completion of the journaling, I felt that we were able to share a 'deepened time' instead.

Facing questions and writing the voice of the heart in a notebook—
I felt once again that within that simple act, there is a gradual change in energy and the power to quietly move reality.

For example, even if it is not something dramatic like one's life changing significantly,
there are moments when the heart is settled, or the words and actions one chooses change without one even noticing...

The transformation of the soul is very quiet, yet certain—.

The time spent in dialogue with people who have similar sensibilities was wrapped in a deep sense of security and harmony, and it was a truly comfortable moment.

I look forward to seeing such connections continue to be made, one by one, through soul journaling in the future as well.
