Morning Glow
When I was in elementary school,
I used to wake up around 4:30 in the morning,
sneak out of the house,
and I loved watching the morning glow from a nearby mountain.
The color of the sky changed every day.
No two days were ever the same.
I thought about capturing those daily morning glows
in drawings,
but having no artistic talent,
I didn't know what to do or how to start,
and I would just freeze in front of my notebook.
In the end, I grew up
without ever being able to draw a single one.
And now that I am an adult,
I have started writing on note about the things I feel
and the realizations I have from natural scenery.
One day, I suddenly thought,
"Hmm? I wonder what kind of picture
AI would draw if I asked it to?"
Out of curiosity, I gave it a try.
"A bit more of a glowing light effect,"
"A composition from a low angle,"
"Focus on the foreground,"
I made various requests,
repeated the process over and over,
and finally, I created
a picture I was satisfied with.
One of my childhood dreams—
to turn what I envisioned into a picture—
had come true.
Every time I wrote an article,
every time I saw a fleeting landscape,
those pictures gradually increased.
Among them, I started to think,
"If I turned these into cards,
when someone's eyes fall upon them,
might they be reminded of natural scenery,
gain insights from nature,
feel relieved,
or feel encouraged to say, 'Alright, I'll do it!'?"
That is how I began to think.
And today,
I opened a shop on minne.
It is a place to deliver the scenery born from the articles I wrote on note
in the form of cards.
"What kind of scenery was she picturing
when she wrote this article?"
If you are interested in that,
please take a look at my minne shop.
I hope that something
will reach your heart.
