The "Other Memory" Called Body Memory
🧬 That emotion, it might still be in your cells?
"It should be over, but my body reacted when I remembered it."
"Even though I had forgotten it consciously, the tension and unease suddenly came back."
Have you ever had an experience like that?
That might be a "body memory", a "wave of sensation" or "lingering emotion" that your cells are holding onto.
🧩 How "fluctuations" remain in the body
Inside the body, there are several layers like this👇

In other words, even if your thoughts have processed it as "over,"
the "waves that weren't fully felt" are still alive deep within your body, emotions, and cells.
💭 Even if your thoughts have forgotten, your body and senses remember
For example, have you ever experienced things like this?
My chest tightens when I remember something said to me a long time ago
My breathing becomes shallow just by going to a certain place
I feel like crying when I smell a specific scent
This means your body is remembering a "past wave of emotion."
Even if your thoughts are convinced it's over,
your cells clearly remember the "fluctuation from that time."
That is"body memory".
👋 The memory of a slap, left on my face...
When I was in a club in junior high, I was slapped by a teacher during a match.
Just because the color of my hair tie didn't match the uniform...
The rule was black hair ties... collective responsibility (very Showa-era).
I was shocked, it hurt, I was scared,
and without even knowing what had happened, I continued the match while my face tingled.
I wanted to leave the match and cry.
I pretended nothing was wrong and played, and as a result of enduring it, the "fluctuation" of that moment soaked right into my body.
From then on, every day until graduation, whenever I saw that teacher's face, my face would tingle.
Even without trying to remember, my body would feel the "memory of the wave" first.
I don't twitch when I remember it now, but writing this note made me realize that back then, my body was rigid from suppressing anger and fear.
This is already “defense by the ego”, but the starting point is the fluctuation of cells.
🧬 Don't cells replace themselves every three months?
Yes, that's a common thing to hear.
But... why do “memories” remain even though they are being replaced?
This is exactly the point.
While cells certainly become new as physical matter,
there is a perspective that electromagnetic patterns and emotional wave information
are transcribed to the next cells as an “energy copy.”
In other words—
memories do not reside only in matter. Information also remains in invisible spatial layers (energy fields)
🌿 When you access the body, emotions “unravel”
Body memory is not a “fossil of emotions.”
By feeling them now, they can also become “waves that start moving again”.
Deepen your breathing and quietly feel the inside of your body.
Watch over the tears or trembling that suddenly well up without denying them.
Try saying “I notice you” to palpitations or stiffness.
……Even with such a small approach,
cells may react by saying “it's okay to feel now,” and the waves may unravel.
📝 By the way...
Even if you access your body, emotions may not unravel immediately.
That just means you aren't ready yet, but the waves have already started moving inside, so it's okay.
“That one step” you took to try to feel is already the process of release🌱
🌊 Feeling emotions is not thinking
It is the “fluctuation of waves” reaching your soul in this very moment.
But when you receive that “wave,”
the moment your thoughts start labeling it with “What does this mean?” or “Why is this pain here?”—
the ego switches on.
The ego tries to protect you using “meaning-making.”
But that structure is just made of thoughts + memories + fear.
🔁 The reality of “emotions” as seen from the soul
What is important to the soul is,
“A wave came → I felt it → So what?”
“How you pass through that wave” is what matters.
"Oh, it shook."
"And?" it just watches quietly.
Rather than whether it is pleasant or unpleasant,
the souljust wants to feel how the wave shook.
It is always the ego's program that attaches "meaning" to emotionsthe ego's program.
"Scary," "happy," "hate," "fulfilled," etc.—those are actually all just labels.
🧠 Pleasant/unpleasant are "meaning tags" applied by the ego
"It's unpleasant, so I want to avoid it."
"I want more of just the pleasant."
Reacting like that is a filter made ofmemory + thought + fear.
The soul is just watching"how it passes through that fluctuation."
If you cover it up because it's unpleasant and don't let it pass, the unpleasantness comes again... simple.
📡 Unpleasantness is not a "mistake" but a "notification"
When an unpleasant physical sensation arises, it is a sign that says
"It's still there, a belief you haven't noticed yet."
You don't need to attach meaning with your thoughts;
just try feeling it as it is, "as a wave."
Then, the dualistic labels fall away, and there is a moment when it becomes "just a vibration."
🌱 Do not ignore, do not run away, do not escape, do not endure
"Since this is an illusion, shouldn't I just ignore it now?"
That is the very moment I want you to remember.
If you do that, it's no different from what you've been doing until now.
The ego, which has a habit of ignoring, running away, escaping, pushing onto someone else, or enduring unpleasant sensations, didn't want you to realize it was an illusion.
"Even that is an illusion, but this physical sensation passing through 'here and now' is the soul's reality."
Even if it looks like pain in a dream, the soul is properly feeling the fluctuation there.
Precisely because you came here wanting to feel it—
because it is an illusion, there is meaning in "truly feeling" it.
I have listed some frequently asked questions below.🗒️
There is no end if you treat it as emotional trauma, but for physical corporal punishment/abuse, it is good to start with kinesiology.
💡 Final summary: Emotions are also "waves" that resonate in the cells
Cells remember the "fluctuation" along with the soul's waves
Even if your mind forgets, your body retains that memory.
Suppressed emotions remain in the body as incomplete waves.
By noticing and feeling them again, those waves "unravel."
🎐To feel is for the soul to live in the "here and now."
"I know it's an illusion. But right now, my chest feels tight. Even that is precious."
When you can accept it like that, I think your soul quietly nods and says, "Yes, that's it."🌿
