Our fees consist of the following two components.
1. Concierge Service Fee
This is our service fee for research, proposals, obtaining quotes, comparative analysis, negotiations, booking coordination, pre-flight confirmation, and day-of support.
2. Third-Party Expenses (Actual Costs)
These are the actual costs paid to airlines, operators, brokers, hotels, vehicle companies, restaurants, etc.

Each request requires extensive coordination, including verification with multiple airlines, operators, and overseas agents, aircraft selection, scrutiny of flight conditions, and comparative analysis of safety, schedules, and costs.
Furthermore, for empty legs and international requests, listed prices, flight conditions, and availability can change in a short period of time.
Therefore, we have adopted a membership and retainer system to ensure speed, accuracy, and high-level confidentiality in our services.

* The initial arrangement deposit will be fully applied to our concierge service fee upon contract finalization.
* For cancellations after arrangements have begun, costs will be incurred based on the progress of the work.
