During high school, I experienced a homestay in London.
That was the first trigger that greatly expanded my interest in overseas countries for me.
Since then, overseas travel was no longer something special, but gradually became a familiar part of my life.
■ 🌍 During university, spending time abroad became a daily routine
During my university years, I experienced a short-term study abroad program in Barcelona, Spain.
In addition, I spent most of my long vacations abroad, continuing a lifestyle where I spent about a quarter of the year overseas.
I have visited about 30 countries so far.
While using numerous airlines, my interest in
"travel itself" and "aviation" deepened, beyond just simple travel.

For me, airplanes are not just a means of transportation.
The flow at the airport, the boarding process, the time spent on the aircraft, and the movements after arrival.

■ 🧭 English Administrative and Secretarial Work at Aviation-Related Companies
As a professional, I
worked in English administration and as a secretary to a department manager at a large company involved in the avionics business. I was engaged in.
While experiencing the practical side of aviation, I learned the
importance of technology, operations, and coordination that is often invisible from the outside.
I also had the opportunity to be involved in hospitality for overseas VIPs, and was responsible for
arranging luxury hotels, booking high-end restaurants, and providing attendance during their visits to Japan.
It was not just about making reservations; I was required to
make adjustments to ensure a polite and smooth stay based on the other party's position, purpose of visit, schedule, and travel flow.
Through this experience, I learned that
preparation and judgment that happen behind the scenes are essential for VIP handling.

After marriage and childbirth, I also gained experience working at a travel agency, which further deepened my understanding of arrangement tasks.
In the field of travel arrangements, each customer has different wishes.
Schedules, transportation, hotels, and detailed requests. It is necessary to organize these and accurately bring them to fruition.
Through that experience, I realized that coordination work is not just about making reservations, but rather
a job of reading the situation and acting proactively.

After that, I became independent and launched an English education-related business.
I have been providing educational services by foreign and bilingual instructors, primarily to affluent clients.
What I felt through my daily interactions was that what was being sought was not just education itself, but

This experience has led to my current concierge service.
