We handle inquiries, reservations, confirmations, and language support for shops and facilities within Japan via email, WhatsApp, etc.
Depending on the scope of support, frequency of contact, and urgency, we may provide a customized quote.
Exclusive Concierge Accompaniment
3 Hours: 66,000 JPY (tax included)
6 Hours: 110,000 JPY (tax included)

We will accompany you to shopping, restaurants, events, business meetings, etc., providing support as your dedicated concierge.
If you wish to extend your time, we offer additional support at 22,000 JPY (tax included) per hour.

We provide a dedicated concierge service for you, combining remote support and in-person accompaniment during your stay.
We will provide a customized quote based on the required languages, service details, support hours, number of people, location, and your specific support needs.
Information regarding service fees
The following costs are required in addition to the concierge service fees.
・Purchase costs for items, gifts, bouquets, etc.
・Actual expenses for food and beverages, admission fees, activity fees, etc.
・Transportation costs for the concierge, guides, interpreters, etc.
・Accommodation costs for support in distant locations
・Service fees for external guides, specialized interpreters, babysitters, etc.
・Additional charges for early morning, late night, or emergency support
・Additional charges for special research, negotiations, or long-duration communication support
If you wish for us to purchase items on your behalf, we will inform you of the support fee in advance based on the purchase details and amount.
For airline tickets, accommodations, trains, private cars, and other transportation or lodging services, you will enter into direct contracts and make direct payments with registered travel agencies or the respective service providers.
We will inform you about service details and availability after reviewing your request.
