At this stage, we have not yet moved into formal quotation requests or actual arrangement work.
The purpose is to understand the client’s needs and determine the overall feasibility and direction of the request.
着手金が発生するタイミング
When the Engagement Fee Applies
一方で、運航会社への正式照会、具体的なお見積取得、機材比較のための提案、運航条件の確認、仮押さえなど、外部を巻き込んだ実務に進む段階では、着手金を頂戴しております。
Once we move into formal operator inquiries, detailed quotation requests, aircraft comparisons, operational checks, and tentative holds, an engagement fee applies.
これは単なる「予約金」ではなく、案件ごとに時間と労力を要する実務を開始するための費用です。
言い換えれば、無料相談の延長ではなく、正式な手配準備が始まるタイミングであるとお考えいただければと思います。
This is not simply a booking deposit.
Rather, it is a fee for commencing the actual professional work required to move the request forward.
In other words, it marks the point where the matter shifts from a complimentary consultation to formal arrangement preparation.
Concierge Japan & Co.の着手金について
Our Standard Engagement Fee
Concierge Japan & Co.では、通常の着手金を以下の通りとしております。
At Concierge Japan & Co., our standard engagement fee is as follows.
50,000円（税別）
JPY 50,000 plus tax
案件内容により、個別に設定させていただく場合がございます。
また、ご成約となった場合には、当該着手金は最終ご請求額へ充当いたします。
In certain cases, the amount may be adjusted depending on the nature of the request.
If the booking is confirmed, the engagement fee will be credited toward the final booking cost.

Once formal inquiries are made, we begin committing time, attention, and responsibility to the request.
また、着手金を設けることにより、本気でご検討中のお客様に対して、より迅速で丁寧な対応を行いやすくなるという面もございます。
限られた時間の中で質の高い提案を行うためにも、この線引きは非常に重要だと考えております。
An engagement fee also helps ensure that we can respond more quickly and attentively to serious inquiries.
In order to provide a high standard of service within a limited timeframe, this distinction is very important.
返金について
Regarding Refunds
着手金は、手配業務開始後は原則として返金不可とさせていただいております。
ただし、当社都合により手配が成立しなかった場合には、着手金の50％を返金いたします。
As a general rule, the engagement fee is non-refundable once arrangement work has begun.
However, if the arrangement cannot be completed due to circumstances on our side, 50% of the engagement fee will be refunded.
また、お客様都合によるキャンセルや、見積提示後のご辞退につきましては、返金対象外となります。
Please also note that client cancellations or withdrawal after quotation presentation are not eligible for a refund.
