【The Problem of Quantity-to-Quality Transformation in Daily Posting】The quantity I want to increase beyond the 'act of posting' is...
Regarding daily posting, which is one of the major issues for note beginners. Many people are troubled by how to handle it, and I hit that wall without exception.
And it seems there are
proponents and opponents in the note world.
After worrying about it a lot, I decided to,
for the time being, experiment with
a stance of taking the best of both the proponents and opponents
and try it out.

After reading many people's notes and thinking it over, this became my direction for the time being. I would like to write about that.
There are people among both the proponents and opponents who I think are geniuses...!
I learned a lot.
Even though they post daily, the quality is high... I get drawn in and end up browsing their other posts.
They don't post every day, but their work is deep, sharp, and engaging, so I end up browsing their posts too...
Standing on the premise that I am different from those geniuses,
taking the best of both worlds became something I desperately wanted to do lol.
Whether it will actually be the best of both worlds,
or maybe not!?
It's an experiment.
The merits of daily posting as seen by proponents
I have seen this discussed from various angles and with various content.
What I saw was content like the following.
・Quality transformation can only occur after increasing the quantity (of posts). Quantity It is in the process of working through the quantity that growth from qualitative change occurs, and valuable articles are born → the idea of quantity-to-quality transformation.
Habit formation skills are acquired. By continuing, the hurdle for writing is lowered, and you gain the ability to turn anything into content.
・Thinking ability is acquired. When you start writing, you think more deeply about the subject than before you wrote, leading to discoveries.
・By achieving the habit of posting daily, self-affirmation increases. You receive likes and followers, and
exposure increases. Motivation also rises, and a
virtuous cycle is created for your note activities.
・Communication with followers and readers increases, encouraging each other and promoting encounters with people who think the same way, making note fun.
・Trivial daily events are not just let go, but you develop a habit of treating them carefully.
Seeing many people say things like this, I empathize with the many merits, and
frankly speaking, I felt that I am
someone who wants to post daily❣️. It feels positive somehow.
Opinions of those who oppose daily posting
On the other hand, there are points like the following.
・No matter how much you mass-produce low-quality content, quantity will never transform into quality.
For example, no matter how much you practice soccer juggling the wrong way, you won't improve.
The theory is that quantity only transforms into quality when you practice while exploring and refining your methods.
The benefits mentioned by the proponents above, such as self-affirmation, habit-building power, and increased motivation,
only appear more clearly when you write high-quality articles.
Being able to make daily posting a habit is something that makes you happy, but it is not a demand from the readers' side. If you prioritize what the readers are looking for first and can put out high-quality articles, whether or not you post daily doesn't become such a big issue.
I see... this is also harsh but persuasive, and it left me groaning. Hmm...
Setting aside the various pros and cons for a moment...
Regarding [Daily Posting] with a focus on the problem of quantity-to-quality transformation

I feel that focusing on this quantity-to-quality transformation problem is the essence and the most important matter in my own note activities.
As mentioned earlier, wanting to post daily (excluding short notes) is my
ideal and my honest feeling.
However, with my current ability, it seems I cannot post daily. This is a reality. I have to admit this.
Far from high-quality articles, it takes time to assemble or write articles that aren't even of high completion level.
If it takes 10 minutes to create or assemble just five lines of text, or if the time I can spend on note in a day is 30 minutes, it becomes a forced post.
In short, I stand at the starting point of acknowledging the gap between my ideals and reality.
Even if I could somehow force myself to post, it might leave a bad aftertaste, and I might end up hating note. lol

Within a day,
・the time given for writing notes,
・the quality and quantity of ideas that well up within that given time,
・writing ability, experience, and actual skill,
even though there are individual differences in all of these,
can we really lump everyone together and apply 'Post on note every day!' to them? This will continue to be a theme for me.
Perhaps the proponents' argument for daily posting is precisely because of this. I can understand that too.
Because the anxiety that they might quit if they can't make it a habit is too strong.
If you quit, it's the end.
How about 'daily writing' instead of 'daily posting'?

In that case, how about this?
Isn't that a pretty good idea?
To put the conclusion in a nutshell,
this isthe best of both worlds I thought of.
First, instead of posting every day, make sure to write every day.
The quantity I want to increase more than the 'act of posting' mentioned in the title is the quantity of writing and the quantity of thinking.
Make sure to set aside time for note-creation work, trial and erroris the habit.
By doing so,
・daily habituationcan be realized,
・thinking abilitycan be improved, and
・writing volumecan also be increased.
・As a result, the possibility ofproducing higher quality articlesthan just articles that only focus on posting also increases.
Think as deeply as possible and write as much as possible. There is no other way.
Of course, since I cannot prove on note that I am doing writing work every day,
I won't have the opportunity to receive likes or encouraging comments regarding habituation.
I cannot deny the disadvantage that it might become a lonely battle.
On top of that, still, lol! Aim for daily posting.
I want to make daily writing a habit,
and one day, aim to be someone who can post higher quality articles every day than I do now. Like the geniuses here on note.
Even if I aim for it, there is no guarantee that the day will come when I can post every day.
However, by declaring it like this, I won't forget that feeling, I will aim for it, and at the very least, it will lead to motivation for mass-producing articles.
My steps to daily posting
While aiming for daily posting,
the priority is,
① Do note-creation work every day (not publishing). First, aim for 1 article every 2-3 days.
② Stop working once the set time for the day has passed. If ideas or inspiration don't stop, just make a note of them.
③ Publish once things are organized
④ Strive to shorten the time from ① to ③ and aim for daily posting
⑤ As a result, one day, I become someone who can post every day while maintaining quality
(④ to ⑤ is a bit of a leap)
Summary
That was mybest of both worldsstory of
'daily writing aimed at daily posting'
.
I'm sorry... I am still green, a creator who hasn't even been on note for a month, yet at a respectable age,
I have written down my current thoughts as coco.
There may be many people who naturally do the same thing, but as a beginner, I wanted to visualize and organize my thoughts... so please forgive me ♪
☆ If you place weight on your own growth, joy, and peace of mind, aim for daily posting
☆ If you place weight on being able to produce articles that are recognized for their value by readers, how about daily writing?
Here at coco, I will aim for both in the long term.
When the time comes, Daily Writing Experiment Edition I would also like to create a note for that, haha.
If this serves as a reference for someone,
or if I am blessed with advice from someone, my joy will know no bounds💓
Thank you very much for reading until the end😊
